This company has shown that they have no integrity and no desire to assist their customers once they have your money. I have been blown off for weeks before even getting an appointment time to come perform repairs. When they did respond, the "only time" they had available was over a month away. I agreed, the day came and went with no one showing up or calling/communicating in any way that they would not show. I AGAIN had to contact them (twice) to even get a response and which was so pathetic that I was insulted enough to leave bad reviews everywhere I can think of. (advised 'last minute decisions based on no gas'- yet no call or correspondence until I initiate? come onnnn.) See my photos showing email dates and responses. Also, it's worth noting that the day of the installation I have on security camera footage that they broke my outdoor step leading up to my front door by resting the stone countertop on it. No one informed me of the damage they did, instead the owner Cristian and his worker just set the piece back on with a dollop of silicone-- which nearly anyone can tell you will not hold brick onto brick. So of course it fell off again after they left and I checked my camera to see what transpired. How little do you respect your customer to not even advise of damage you caused to their home? At this point I would rather just pay another respectable company to come repair the shotty countertop they installed, I don't even want these people near my home again.

I want to start by saying that the sales staff, and Jessica in particular, were wonderful to work…read morewith. She was responsive, kind, and consistently took accountability for the many issues that arose. I genuinely feel for her, as she was often put in the difficult position of trying to coordinate between customers, fabricators, and installers while also managing her sales duties. Unfortunately, the structure of the company meant that all communication went through sales, which created delays of hours or even days in getting answers to basic scheduling questions. From there, the problems compounded. We were initially given the wrong installation date which then forced us to cancel and reschedule other contractors. When our countertops were fabricated, the cutout for the range was done incorrectly despite us following all of their instructions. The installers left before I was able to sign off of the install - I assume because it was obvious that the measurements were off - leaving us showing a home for sale with an off-centered range that created a fire hazard with burners located under cabinetry. Precision accepted responsibility for the error, but fixing it created weeks of further disruption, including multiple rounds of re-measuring because of unprofessional technicians, time off work for appointments to remeasure (twice) and remove the old countertops, and additional seams in the countertop that we did not want. Although the company did eventually make the corrections, the process was stressful, cost excessive time off work and potentially decreased the sale price of our home. Throughout this ordeal, I was never offered a discount, refund, or any tangible gesture to recognize the significant inconvenience caused. In the end, Jessica did everything within her power to help us, but the systemic issues at Precision - poor scheduling communication, lack of coordination between departments, and inconsistent professionalism among their technicians - mean that I cannot recommend them with confidence.

I expressed to Keith that my 15 year old carpet was on my last nerve and wanted to move quickly. He made sure I was well taken care of. Southern classic flooring is the best price in town,too. I couldn't be happier with my results. The team that worked on my floors have amazing skills. The previous hardwood in the kitchen and foyer were glued down, and a bear to remove. I knew for sure my subfloor wouldn't survive. Wow was I wrong! Ill be back for sure!!

We were extremely happy on both occasions. This most recent job included replacing some of the hardwoods, refinishing the whole first floor, replacing carpet with laminate in our basement and replacing and upgrading the baseboards in the whole house. This was a huge job and naturally there was a small punch list afterwards. Keith sent a crew over and the tackled it quickly. Keith and the team were very easy to work with all along the way. He agreed to replace the damaged hard wood, but wait several weeks when we planned to be out of town anyway to sand and stain. Give Keith and Margaret a call.
