First countertop, major delays in getting it scheduled and having to have it rescheduled on their end. They also showed up and tried installing backsplash when I specifically told them no backsplash. Second time again major delay is an issues in scheduling and then they showed up with a completely wrong countertop that I did not pick out. They again had major delays doing the correct one and trying to get it rescheduled. When they showed up, they again tried installing back splashes that I specifically went over and told them I did not want and did not want to be charged for. The third time has been beyond a disaster. They have zero communication between the person coming out and doing the measuring, the management, the stone cutters, and their sales people. No one knows what's going on. No one is talking to each other and they decided the day before Christmas, which was the day before business day of installation that I needed to drive down to show them where I went over and they added more issues and kept trying to redesign it to fit them. Again, major delays they can't seem to figure out what is going on. Nobody knows what they're talking about and it is complete incompetence and a complete lack of common sense and brain cells. Again, major delays because they decided to wait until the last minute to figure out what is going on and the complete incompetency has left them scrambling with more week after week delays. they are incapable of handling anything custom, and are terrified of any uniqueness. They are overpriced and the first two projects they refused to even give me a quote until after installation. Telling me to trust them it was going to be a good price. This third time they refused to send me the quote and would only talk to the contractor, even though I am the one paying them. this is a horrible company, and I am shocked that they are still in business. They can't seem to figure out what is going on, they are overpriced for what they actually produce, and they want to design it and do it their way to ensure that they are making it easy on them. They act like they are the only place to get a stone countertop and I should be grateful that they are willing to spend time to sell me one. Newsflash there are tons of other businesses that actually act like they want their business. I would've never used them after the first debacle however, my contractor has used them before. So many other companies would like the business so go elsewhere. This is not brain science or rocket science. It's cutting a piece of stone. Not that hard.

My husband had a separate project that we also used Emmanuel for, but this review is specifically for our master bathroom and master closet renovation. I have always known these areas had more potential but needed a person with creative vision to help me pull it off. Emmanuel gave us an honest quote after taking the most thorough measurements. The project was completed within the estimated time frame and he followed up on every detail. I even changed my mind about tile after some had already gotten installed and he switched gears with me, no problem! Emmanuel has fantastic attention to detail, communication, and follow through. I will let the photos do the rest of the talking! Can't wait to get started on the kitchen next!

Emmanuel is one of the best general contractors in Metro Atlanta Area. I interviewed over 10…read morecontractors via phone and in-person back in April of this year and Emmanuel stood out amongst them all. He is very responsive, professional and provides quality work. When he showed up to our home for the first time after I had met with multiple contractors, I knew he would be the best person for our project. He was very knowledgable about home architecture and renovations, he provided samples and assured that he could accomplish what we were requesting. He definitely delivered a quote in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. He was able to complete the first set of renovations in our new home and did a phenomenal job. He provided great, quality work in a reasonable amount of time with absolutely no headaches. From beginning to end, we thoroughly enjoyed working with Emmanuel and we have no complaints. We plan to work with him again in the future. My husband and I work FT jobs and we have a toddler so we really appreciated, Emmanuel's attention to detail, responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work. He made sure his team delivered on all of our requirements and he was very attentive to our requests. This was truly a hassle free process. Emmanuel and his team did three levels of flooring, created a laundry space in the unfinished part of our basement, changed our old laundry room to a butler's pantry, renovated our master bathroom, completed our gym room, changed our entry door-way to an arch and remodeled our staircase. He and his team were very efficient and remained mindful of our use of the space while the renovations were being done so we didn't feel too inconvenienced by all of the work being done in a short period *three months*. I honestly can't thank Emmanuel and his team enough for their amazing work. We recommend him as someone you can trust to deliver!

BEWARE!! DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!…read more This contractor has mismanaged and misappropriated our funds for our basement build-out project. We provided a 50% deposit in the amount of $35,00.00 on July 14, 2025 where Mr. Andre Paschall represented himself as a general contractor and handled the procurement and payment to all subcontractors. To date the only items that have started and or completed are: Wall Drylok, Framing, Electrical (70%) and HVAC (70%) totaling $16,864.19. On Aug. 27th Mr. Paschall requested an additional 25% draw of funds to move forward with drywalling in which at that time we requested an update on what constituted 50% and 75% of work completion. To date he has not been able to provide this detail. We subsequently advised him that he had not fulfilled 50% of work completion to support another draw. At that time he advised via text that he had converted our funds for use and completion of another project and was awaiting another payout from a client to obtain funds. We have made several attempts to resolve this issue with Andre Paschall but he feels like we owe him money for services that have not been rendered. He is holding our money and halting our ability to move forward with our project. Our job has been on hold now for 4 weeks with no activity. He refuses to answer calls and only text. His text messages display how he has profusely LIED and misrepresented himself as a general contractor but now retracting and saying that he is only a tile guy. He feels like we owe him money for his time, but he has not put any time into our job as me and my husband both worked with the subs to get work done. He presented us with a settlement with bogus charges that include project management fees that were not presented in his contract agreement with us but more importantly he has NOT done anything. The only thing that he has done is TAKE our money and now refuses to return it for services that have not been completed. We are only asking for money for services not complete. If you research his company you will see that he has had several name changes which are likely due the SHADY and BAD business practices - Tile Creations, Inc and Atlanta Tile Experts. RUN - DO NOT HIRE - RISK!!!

I thought he was such an honest man while he was doing the work and I was nieve enough to not see how he was going to rip me off. I am a single older women who has never had any remodeling done. I am a very honest person myself and I would never have imagined this man would overcharge me like this. And because I believed he was so honest and never cheat me, I made the 3 payments he told me I owed. That was a huge mistake because it was after I had written those checks that I figured out he overcharged me $1900.00 and he refuses to give it back to me. He has made up all these lies to make it look like I had asked for additional things done with the remodeling to add money to the contract. He never asked me not even one time that he was doing things not as written up on the contract. And had NEVER gotten my approval. I am shocked that a businessman would steal my money and then to top it all off, he was so personally verbally abusive to me in his text to me after he had overcharged me.
