I had to organize moving my mother from her apartment to an assisted living facility, in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. Getting her things packed up and getting everything there safely was a top priority. Sunbiz Moving were able to schedule with me on a last minute move and were beyond helpful. They called 15 minutes prior to my appointment time to let me know they were a bit early and asked if it would be okay to start right away. They were quick, efficient and packed everything away safely. In addition they showed clear knowledge about the health requirements of moving into an assisted living facility and were helpful in assisting me to set up the furniture in a way that would be most useful to my mom.Will only look to them for moving in the future. I did not think after previous failure experiences that I would ever give a moving company a 5 star review, but was mistaken. Let's start with the fact that I was alone with my move and had no idea where to start. I found Sunbiz occasionally and gave a call. The owner answered all of my questions in a very timely manner and quoted a very fair price for my move. The movers arrived without any delay right on time. They handled every box and furniture with care. They have a 3 hour minimum and charge by the hour. The team was fast and efficient. They worked at a swift clip. Perfect moving company. I had to move some furniture in a rush and called them in, they scheduled my move for the next day and asked only for a $40 partial deposit to schedule it. The initial moving time was for the next day at 8:00 am but later they called to reschedule it for 12:00 pm which worked better for me. The arrived, covered my furniture to protect it during the move, put it in the truck and headed to it to the new place. They were fast, nice and professional.
