Minas was the head installer it seemed (all people are internal employees with Aloha and work is NOT contracted out, that was a big seller for us), and two other guys Rigo and Matt. All were super nice and very professional. Minas walked me through everything at the end, and major bonus points once he installed the piping going from battery to roof, he asked if I had paint that matched the exterior of my house. I did, and he then painted all of the piping! I know he did not have to do that, so that was a fantastic touch. The installation crew came out and they were EVEN better than the customer service and sales rep. Eduardo Naranjo needs a promotion and a raise. Family run business I have been using for years, small projects to new residential construction, remodel, full house rewire, panel upgrade, multiple solar installs, battery backup, EV charging and even spa connection. While you will see some other guys John and Ethan run the show, which is a great mix of Old School and New School. John has been in the industry for decades and there is nothing he hasn't seen before or run into that he can't fix. Great with inspectors and the folks at the permit counter. Ethan on the other hand knows how to install all the latest panels, breakers, apps for monitoring solar, smart home devices and I have seen him load pallets worth of panels onto a third story roof without breaking a sweat. I also need to warn John that Ethan is on your heels when it comes to experience these days, he is catching up. Great company to work with, they really stop and listen to what you need and come up with the right solution for your application. I have worked with some companies that say well this is what we did last time so that must be the answer this time, that almost never works. In the middle of a project they often say hey did you think about this? You know that thing that if you do it now it costs $10 but if you try and do it later because you forgot about it it costs you $500? I have often bid out projects and every time they come in less and start and finish when they say they will. I can not strongly suggest them enough when it comes to solar, I have done two projects with them and have two more they are going to start soon. These guys know what they are talking about, not those ridiculous solar sales guys other companies send out that know nothing but high pressure sales. Nobody beats their prices either. You will get an incredible product that will look like professionals installed it (because that is what they are), clean, correct and with all the cool little apps and monitoring so you can see it saving you money everyday.

Mary is a literal pro when it comes to the insurance side of things. She worked tirelessly on the supplements to ensure we maximized our RCV payout from our insurance. She caught things the adjuster missed and helped us get the settlement we actually needed to do the job right. Bolo, the project manager, was extremely responsive and reasonable throughout the entire build. Whenever a technical issue came up--even complex stuff like electrical circuit stability or specific plumbing heights--he was there to talk it through and get it handled. One thing I will say for people considering them: you need to be the kind of homeowner who has the capacity to stay on top of the work. If you know exactly what you want and you're willing to stay involved in the day-to-day details, C2C is an incredible solution. We bought a new house and remodeled the guest shower. We've used a different shower glass company multiple times in the past for our last house we remodeled and LOVE that company but figured this time around we could try Glass Guru for this newly remodeled shower because they are more local and our previous experience with them was great! Unfortunately, this experience was subpar, 2/5 stars (hence my 3/5 star rating, I split the difference between my two experiences with this company). Setting up the estimate appt was easy and they came out quickly. The estimate arrived promptly as well. We decided to pull the trigger and that's slightly where it went downhill. Due to the tile we used, I did ask the estimator Jay what option would be best. Floating shower doors or a set up that had metal trim around the whole thing that holds the glass in a more sturdy manner.. he said either would work. When the guys came to install, they didn't really seem to know what they were doing. The end result looked very sloppy, the clear silicone looked like it was pasted on by a 5 year old and a black trim piece placed along the bottom was crooked. When I mentioned this to Jay, he said he would happily replace the trim piece but would need to order it. When I told him this was our only real "complaint" he followed up with a statement "well, so I have a complaint now, the tile you used is really thin". Um, ok, what does that have to do with this situation?! I asked from the beginning what shower glass would be best and was told that any would be ok but now we're talking about how thin my tile is?! What a very odd statement to make to a customer AFTER install. This should be assessed prior to install AND I asked what glass set up would be best for our shower. Anyhow, 2-3 weeks went by after mentioning all of this and complete silence. I had to actually call to ask when this new trim piece would be installed and then they finally set up the appt. When a customer has an issue with something, they shouldn't be the one to have to call and follow up, right? The same kids came to install the new piece and they did a better job but as I sit here today writing this, no one has followed up with me to see how everything looks now. The customer service is non existent with this company. I will definitely be returning to Exquisite Shower Glass in Corona for my next shower remodel, not Glass Guru. They might be good at some glass related things but sliding shower glass doors don't seem to be it.

We solicited multiple quotes to install solar at a home we recently moved into in Fallbrook. One of those companies was Sunbrook Solar. Derek came out to meet us and see the home. He was the only contractor that actually got on the roof to lift the tiles to check if the underlayment needed to be replaced, thankfully it didn't need to be replaced. Sunbrook Solar offered the most competitive quote and offered better customer service. After doing more research on Solar we decided to postpone our solar project until we lived in the house for a year and instead chose to install a Quiet Cool Pro Series 6.0 Whole House Fan. Dereck updated his quote. His crew installed the WHF and two ceiling fans in two mornings. They were very professional, courteous, and careful not to damage our drywall. We highly recommend Sunbrook Solar and will reach out to them again after we have 12-months of electricity bills to determine if Solar is right for us. read more

The process went as described below: 1. Michael came out to our house, took pictures of our roof and took measurements. He then sat down with us and gave us a quick overview of the process. He explained the installation process, the technology involved and how solar power buyback is handled by SDG&E. 2. We gave Michael some of our power bills so he could determine the size of the system we'd need. He came back to us a couple of weeks later with quotes from four solar installation companies for similar sized systems. He went over each quote with us and helped us to understand the advantages and disadvantages of each one. He told us we could talk with representatives from each company if we wanted to. Based on the quotes and his recommendation we decided to go with New Leaf Electric. 3. Brad from New Leaf came out to our house to determine just where the panels and inverter would go; and to verify that they could do it for the quoted price. There were no problems. 4. A team from New Leaf installed the panels a few weeks later. They were courteous and helpful. They explained exactly what they were doing. 5. After the installation Michael followed up with us to find out how it went and to verify that there were no problems.

He was extremely knowledgable, and explained the process involved in securing a residential solar system, as well as sharing information on a number of different solar panel manufacturers for us to consider. After providing him with information on our past year's electricity usage, he immediately got to work, and provided us with several options regarding the number of panels, different manufacturers, and price quotes for all the options. Michael made himself available to us to answer all our questions, and we felt extremely informed when we signed the purchasing contract. One of our concerns during the process was that our roof was constructed with clay tiles. Michael worked closely with the roofing contractor, and ensured the quality of the project, which included temporarily removing the clay tiles, installing asphalt shingles under the area which would be covered by the solar panels. My bill is currently (24.88) CR due to SCE right now, they built a perfect system with great hardware, installation (all stainless steel) and cool looking diagrams that clearly show electricians where and how the Solar panels are engineered. Extremely clean install, no mess, no leaks. Cannot say enough good things about this guy, he knows what he is doing! I have recommended him to several of my coworkers and they have also put in much larger systems, nothing but complements from them as well.

We've had a whole home system installed by Innovative since 2024. It's unfortunate but things…read morebreak. In our case the fan began getting noisy after two years. Technicians were sent out quickly and after a few adjustments, quieted the fan. Just recently (June 26) the same fan quit working. It was quickly replaced and, oh, the quietness of it all! Unfortunately, the 15 year warranty doesn't begin again with the replacement of a new fan and that doesn't seem fair at all. I'm losing 2 years on this deal. As I understand it, the manufacturer/supplier of the fan sets that rule and though Innovative has tried to change that rule, they've, thus far, been unsuccessful. By the way, there are labor costs associated with the replacement. Pierce, was the technician that Scott (mgr.) sent out and he definitely knows his stuff. Very personable and knowledgeable. Garrison was his trainee and both were very impressive. I have an appointment for and attic fan. Can't wait to see how that turns out.
