I called them and asked why this happened if they use high extraction, to which they replied 'no, we use steam cleaning', and told me there would be a $45 charge to take a look , since it was 'so long ago'. i would not use again, 'high extraction' claims stains and damage to underlying padding do not resurface. They should at least stop by to see what was going on. The manager avoided my calls and just relayed a message about a second charge , if he came out to my centrally located condo, again.

However, he never gave me an estimate even until today. I was told he is out on field whenever I called the office, which is more than four times. He never returned my call although I left message through Alex or Brittney. Also, I was told his manager Dan would call me but it never happened. I am not sure why they intentionally gave false statements whenever I called them. Moreover, I am not sure why they came to house and promised to give me an estimate in the first place. During this time, I learned that not everyone likes a do-it-yourself like me. Some even said I wanted, "free work." Not true! However, the current installed prices spoke to me. I grabbed my tools! Pulling a local permit as a home owner/builder in Florida, I installed a 2 ton (24k) ACIQ-24-HP32 condenser and ACIQ-24-AH32 air handler, and related mechanical. This system replaced a 26 year old 1.5 ton (18K) Trane XE-1000 condenser and TWGO18A air handler that was showing its age -- like me. One of my main hardware vendors, HVAC direct, patiently worked with me as I learned the new system requirements. With help from Isaiah Luke Appliance Repair to do the final commissioning of the system, the new ACIQ inverter system passed local inspection! The new system is a noticeably quieter and produces considerable heat split by comparison with the previous system. The fact that the ACIQ has a higher BTU rating, (24K) a higher seer rating (18), and yet uses smaller breakers, 30A down to 25A on the outside unit and 30 down to 15 amps for the inside unit and doesn't dim my lights when it runs, says it all. Plumber and assistant arrive and begin working, 45 minutes into job Jerry texts me to clarify that it is $200 per hour. So, 45 minutes in I get hit with a bait and switch. Mid job I understand I am screwed. Turned out some valves and supply lines would need to be replaced. Home Depot price on these is $6.45 and $12.98. I got hit with a bill charging 35 and 45 respectively. $470 for parts that cost $110.06 and $537 for labor that was quoted at $200. After letting them know that I would be providing accurate reviews and supplying the information to the BBB, plumber came back with a $170 discount bringing the margin on parts down from 77% to 63%. Basically from obscene to slightly less obscene. Flo Right operation runs off bait and switch with margin on parts that is basically theft. My fault for not inquiring on the cost of parts. I am so accustomed to dealing with honest people that I didn't think of it. Live and learn. Learn from my mistake and steer clear of this operation

Last year we were agonizing about the proposals we were receiving to replace our outdated and…read morefinancially draining a/c. I responded to an ad I saw for Temp Control and Josh came back with a name brand system with a great energy efficiency rating that was considerably less than other quotes. While a little apprehensive because the price was so good, we decided to go with Josh. His team arrived when scheduled and completed the job on the same day while remaining very professional. While in the attic, they even noticed and pointed out a leak in our propane gas plumbing. The unit has been running well for over 6 months and saving us more on our power bill than we thought. I called Josh back yesterday to set up regular maintenance and he had Sam come out this morning. Sam was the one that also discovered the propane gas leak. When I called Josh I also asked if they might be able to take a look at a small mini split that we have had in the garage for several years which was not cooling well. Sam took care of the maintenance on the system they had installed and then he looked at the mini split. In no time Sam had it back cooling well and made a suggestion about my getting a cleaning kit for it, something I could do myself to save expense and further suggested how often it should be cleaned.
