I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I was told that this office had stopped accepting my husband's insurance because the insurance company was slow in paying claims. Concerned about this explanation, I contacted the insurance company directly. According to the representative I spoke with, that was not the case. Being given information that appears to be inaccurate is unacceptable, especially when it involves healthcare and insurance coverage. Instead of receiving clear and honest communication, I was left trying to sort out conflicting information on my own. . The overall experience created unnecessary stress and frustration during a situation that was already difficult to navigate. Patients deserve transparency, professionalism, and accurate information. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and I cannot recommend this practice based on how this matter was handled. Just be honest. Dont lie to create confusion with loyal patients in St Augustine!! read more

My first visit was promising had to do some lab work but that was to be expected had a 3 week follow up to get a treatment plan, needless to say i was excited, but quickly disappointed when i returned for them to tell me i needed ONE more lab that was missed, frustrated, they gave me a sample. I was back to being excited again because the treatment was working. Again, went back to lab and got second round of testing got the phone call that I needed ONE MORE lab. I'm sorry i work a full-time job and the office is already 45 min one way, so taking off 3-4 hours because the office apparently can't decide what LABS i need. To further the frustration apparently there was a originally a second option that required no labs, but apparently there is a initiation process (i HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT MEANS) no expectations were set for me. i guess my skin will fall off because this is ridiculous. So at this point i have spent 500.00 on office visits and labs to know there is a treatment that WILL WORK but i cant have it. The waiting area is a little cozy and gets busy with patients entering and leaving. This needs to be improved. The single receptionist gets overburdened during busy times. You need two; one on the inbound side and another on the exit side. My visit was for a semi-annual full body check. Quick and efficient. read more

I come here a couple of times a year and everyone is so kind and helpful and professional. Usually, I see Dr Lutz who is a 10-star physician, this time I saw Kristen McQueen instead. I was very impressed with her as well, she will make a great addition to the staff!! Everything you need is available here; I've had MOHS surgery, skin graft, biopsies, freezing spots, etc. I highly recommend this place and their staff!!!!! read more

The dermatologist is great and I started with her at another location about 6 years ago and have had no problems with her. I submitted a request for a referral for medication as I have always done a month ago. No response. I called the office 7 times over the next two weeks and left voicemails each call. No response. I still haven't heard back from them. If they haven't closed down, they have lost my business. read more

Great dermatologist office. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Had a cyst growing in my face, and precious dermatologist, their first step was to cut it out. He didn't want to cut it out and instead treating it, which I appreciate because now I won't have a scar on my face like the other one. He was really nice and showed that he cared.
