I'm very disappointed in MD Anderson for continuing to let this company deal with their patients. I feel for the other patient, Sheri F. who dealt with Dr. Desai. During my consultation, the treatment was explained in detail and the markings on my body showed exactly where the contouring was supposed to happen. Based on that, I expected to see at least some kind of change whether tightening, shaping, or reduction. Unfortunately, as you can see in the photos, there is no noticeable difference after treatment. The area looks mostly the same, and in some parts even uneven. What disappointed me the most is that the results don't match what was explained to me beforehand. This doesn't feel like a case of expecting too much it just feels like the outcome wasn't there. They also did not care to schedule my 6 month post op all they wanted was my money.. they left me with a deformed stomach and more insecurities please do not trust these people.

No one has ever tried to "sell me" anything here…read more By that I mean, no one is telling me I need to have certain work done, or pushing me to get fillers because I am of a certain age, or suggesting procedures I've never thought about before. I genuinely keep coming back because of the friendly staff, and trust. Now if or when that day ever comes where surgically I'd like to have something done, I'd choose Contoura. But for now, I'm happy coming here every few months for things like skin care, sun damage repair, advice (that's a big one) etc. Living in Florida, you Need a good skin care plan & regimen to keep the sun damage away. With skin cancer running in my family, I try to stay ahead of the matter as much as I can. A few years back I did a series of IPL laser treatments that really helped reverse some of the sun damage I did in my teens & early 20's by laying out on the beach entirely too much. Contoura's also helped me with embarrassing things like hormonal adult acne. I never thought I'd have to go through a mild phase of my teenage years all over again in my thirties but, there I was a year ago, trying everything under the sun on my own to get rid of it and nothing was working. I booked an appointment at Contoura to express my concern and the remedy was way easier than I expected. Tretinoin. That cleared everything up real quick plus helps with fine lines &/or wrinkles. A two for one? I'm in! (If there are any women out there reading this wondering why you are breaking out when choosing to discontinue birth control, try tretinoin. Dr. Smith actually studied under the doctor that created the surgical procedure I had as a toddler. Way Cool! We went in for a consultation. We didn't end up using him for the surgery (hospital privileges & other things were hard to coordinate), but I did schedule a few appointments to come in for a glycolic peel. Mom was willing to pay, I was willing to go. Super friendly staff from the front desk to the nurses. Very courteous & helpful with providing as much information as you need. If I ever consider doing anything cosmetically - doubtful, but never say never - I would definitely have Dr. Smith's office on my list as one of the first places to check out.

When I called to make an appointment there, their office rep advised he "was sick of getting referrals from this Dr. Falluco & his office as Dr. Kostick does not take Care Plus Insurance & never has." I called back to FL Plastic Surgery & was advised by Esmy that Jennifer would have to get with Dr. Falluco to "perhaps see if they cd find a doctor that takes her insurance." Very uncaring, no "I am sorry for the error, Dr. Falluco made an error & we will get corrected, or that "so sorry your elderly relative has to go through more pain & suffering due to our errors." Can't be too one sided when multiple people experience the same. I had to have 2 surgeries by this man and he wanted to do a third! I had a mini neck left and breast augmentation twice and chemical peel once. My first breast surgery had gone well besides my left nipple facing outward. Within 3 months I developed two different complications that needed another surgery. That one was a "botch" job. My nipple was still facing outward along with them completely two different sizes and one was hard and other soft. My neck, instead of having one soft lose skin under my chin now I have two tight bands and the ends of the sutures stick out as a scar. I was told by one of the girls that the chemical peel which was performed 6 months ago would be pretty much healed with in 5 days. Still some Peeling and redness but should be better. I didn't start peeling until the 5 day, bright red, and could barely be recognized by the swelling. Also it was a rushed job due to complication that day with another pt and it took over an hour to get me back into surgery. Then his staff was frazzled. I felt pushed out when I woke up which the first surgery everything went smoother. The chemical was in my eye brows, in the corner of my eyes, under my eye, along my ear, and 1-2 inches into my scalp. Also a big blotch on my neck. I don't think I was properly protected. He wanted to do a third surgery, but I think that would just of been stupid of me! I came to this practice to help build confidence which instead led to misplaced confidence and depression.
