I've spoken with 2 supervisors who promise calls back and NEVER called back! I got my insurance on the line with them and they provided what was required and I still get multiple bill reminders for an $800 bill that I do not owe! Thankfully, I am insurance savvy and know that since I've met my deductible, that my portion is less than $20. My family members went 2 weeks before me and were billed appropriately. I also have been coming here for a few years and the bill came from Advanced Dermatology or the provider directly. Before my appt and at my appointment, I confirmed with my insurance and their office that Advanced Dermatology is IN NETWORK! However, BE AWARE - they will also bill you from "Leavitt Medical Center" who is NOT IN NETWORK so that they can bill you! I've had NO success in resolving this issue and I am infuriated that the supervisors will not reach back out and have not yet fixed my bill. It is a shame, as the office staff and providers are amazing and so helpful/thorough. Very frustrating experience.

Well, if you're looking for a great dermatology office, you found it at First Coast Dermatology. The office itself was very nice. The waiting room is actually very spacious which was a nice change from the small offices I've seen. Everything always clean and had an updated look. The office staff was quick and efficient. They knew what they were doing, got me checked in quickly, and were pleasant. This is a nice breath of fresh air compared to some snooty office wraps I have had to deal with before. Nothing bugs me more than bad customer service and you will not have to deal with that at first Coast dermatology. I saw Erin, a PA-C, and she was wonderful. Herself and the nurse that was assisting were very quick and efficient. There was no incessant waiting around on my visit which was appreciated. Erin really seemed to care and understood what I was telling her. Also, the staff helped me when some of the prescriptions were too high for me. Instead of receiving clear and honest communication, I was left trying to sort out conflicting information on my own. . The overall experience created unnecessary stress and frustration during a situation that was already difficult to navigate. Patients deserve transparency, professionalism, and accurate information.
