I was excited about these reviews, I called and the derma planing facial was $99 and they had a special for a free Jelly Mask with a derma planing facial. I booked the appointment and showed up on time. I was greeted immediately by a very friendly lady at the front desk on the 2nd floor. I was given a tour of the location and then waited for the person to do my facial. They do "O" shots (orgasm shots, you'll have to look that one up yourself) laser hair, botox, and even have a machine for urine incontinence. Olga came to get me from the front for my facial. We walk down the hall and into a room. She shows me a place on a table to put my purse, told me that she would be massaging my neck and shoulder area and the table to lay on and went out for me to undress. The table she asked me to put my purse and clothing on was the *only* place in the room to put anything as they did not have another chair or anything else other than the floor. And on the small table was an aromatherapy machine, oil diffuser, whatever you would like to call them. They are typically used in spas and put out a bit of a mist that is scented typically by essential oils. If you have a nice purse, you certainly do not want to put your purse near any mists or oils that are dispensed out of these as they can damage a purse or handbag etc - so I had to set my purse and my shirt and clothing on the floor. Then I went to get on thew facial bed, and the bed swiveled and I almost fell down! I finally get in the bed and Olga comes in to do the facial. It was an "OK" facial, I still had hair on certain areas of my face, the Jelly mask was not removed entirely as I had jelly rolly polleys on my face, neck and in my hairline. There was never anything placed over my eyelids to dull the lights they use, and there was no eye cream, lip balm etc used after my facial. I mentioned a few of these things on the way out and the woman at the front stated they "Do not put eye cream on after facials, as it is a sensitive area" --- You literally inject needles into woman's who ha, but ok - lets nix the eye cream on a facial. I asked if they had another person who does facials because I figured it could have just been that esthetician, but they said Olga was the only person to do facials.

It was a little chaotic in the front because one of the girls that handed me the paper said that normally somebody else does this, it appears that One Med Spa and One Vein Clinic are the same business. While they have 2 different front doors, they are the same once you enter. They had a special going on and their signature facial that was $50. It was probably about 35 to 40 minutes total and since I just wanted to see how the place was. I went into the room which was decorated beautifully with a lit up faux tree on the wall and lovely wallpaper. The woman who did my facial gave me a wraparound and told me to take my shirt off as she massages your shoulders and then she left the room I laid on the bed and covered myself up with the blanket and she came in. She went to put on a one piece / connected head wrap (What is usually a hair wrap secured in place with velcro to avoid products in your hair) awkwardly over my head. I helped her by taking it and doing it myself as I had to pull over head. She explained that she was sorry, but the client before me had taken the hair wrap with her. I thought this was a bit odd as A) shouldn't they have more than one for sterilization purposes and B) this should be removed and undone before she walked out of the room. In my opinion, I think a facial should be soft, smooth and relaxing. She was fast and applied too much pressure and there was nothing relaxing about it. I had to ask her to please not use so much pressure (especially on my throat!) and avoid closing my nostrils when she was applying product as I breath through my nose. She did both once I asked. She was super nice. I don't remember her name, but I do know that there was a language barrier. I almost felt as if I was getting a facial at a teaching school. I am curious if whoever hired her had her do a facial prior to hiring I'm not sure how this works, but I feel that probably should be a prerequisite. Once she was done, she did not remove my hair wrap, and instead of waiting for me to leave, she walked back in. I had just finished getting dressed but normally they wait outside for you. I went to go pay and there was only 1 person there and she was helping another person. After about 8 minutes she had the Credit card machine for me to pay for my facial. Never did ask if I wanted to leave a tip on the charge, luckily I paid the lady when she walked back in in cash. I would most likely not come back

I expressed to him, I am 60 years old and don't want nor need big breasts. Also, I lift a 125# special needs son daily. Yes, I'm over weight, but there is muscle under that belly fat. Because of cancer 20 years prior and radiation therapy, my right breast was much smaller than my left where the new cancer was found. What Desai promised was, he would remove my nipple on my right side then reduce my left breast to the size of my right. I was expecting B cups. Unbeknownst to me, as no one at the office reached out. Desai didn't show for my surgery, he got a vacation, NEGLECTING to leave any medical notes from our consultation. I GOT the biggest breasts 'I' have EVER had plus 24/7 pain in both breasts and upper arms along with my whole right side. Also, a hysterectomy because what ever happened in the operating room disconnect my uterus from my uterine wall. I was also blessed with a mal-functioning and horribly disfigured body. He did show up to my "Return to Reconstructive Surgery" I asked for smaller breasts, um ... NO, instead I got a dislocated right arm I had to do therapy for.
