We worked closely with many All Quality employees and contractors including the company owner, manager, designer and the craftspeople who did the actual work. Our project took months and, as a result, the All Quality team almost became like family. The men working in our home were always kind, helpful and hard working. Martin and his crew were consummate professionals, and took great pains to be sure we were happy with the result. They did a wonderful job and we couldn't be happier with our kitchen and basement. Dave, the project manager, walked us through every step of the process and maintained an open line of communication. When we finally decided to go with Atlas for windows, Hardie siding, gutters, soffits and fascia, Lucas put together an extremely detailed quote for us. No surprise costs, no hidden fees - he was extremely up front with everything we could expect and planned the entire project seamlessly. His team of installers installed out windows in January, and they managed to do it in just a day and a half! The attention to detail and workmanship is second to none. We had to wait a bit for siding as the weather wasn't cooperating, but once it went it, again the workmanship and quality is top notch! Because we were covering brick with the siding, there were a few extra steps, but Lucas's team was here making sure the job got done, and got done right! Pat Keenan, the owner, was the salesperson and oversaw the project end to end. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, they were able to get to us within a few weeks, and they found a lot of ways to add value beyond the scope of work. The crews were all very professional. At the end of the project I noticed a few screens were ripped during the project and Pat personally came over to pick them up and get them rescreened. The night before he was scheduled to come for estimate, he called and said he forgot he had another appointment and couldn't make it. STRIKE ONE. Given my busy schedule, (and the fact that I had already rearranged things and canceled meetings for this appointment time) I asked if he could simply provide an estimate for my front door (being the priority) without me being present. He was able to pull photos of my home online and immediately provided a quote, which seemed a little high, but that's fine. I was hoping to see the quality of their work and professionalism with this project in order to assess whether to go with them for all of my window replacement and other doors. I agreed to the price, and asked when they would be able to install. He defiantly replied that it would be whenever they could squeeze my small job in if they had another job in the area that finished up early. What? STRIKE TWO. I reiterated that, given my schedule, I would not be immediately available at their last minute whim and would need to schedule an actual date and time for install, weather permitting of course. He very rudely replied that maybe if I had other work to schedule-like at least 4 window replacements- then they would be able to schedule an install. Otherwise, there is no way ANY contractor would schedule an appointment and GOOD LUCK trying to find one who would. STRIKE THREE. After a water leak, I was referred to MG Residential by Green Water & Fire. Mishka came over and…read morewalked me through what needed to be done. He even took a 3D walkthrough render video for the insurance company (I wish I would've cleaned up first but...). I felt really good about the recommendation because my ceiling was soundproofed and Mishka was super knowledgeable about reinstalling it the correct way. And then...we waited. The insurance company was moving like molasses, Mishka was very helpful in telling me how I could put some fire under them to get it done. During the wait, I started a DIY bedroom renovation, where I was soundproofing one wall. Mishka actually came over and helped me come up with a game plan for what I needed for that project as well. During that reno, I noticed my ceiling was super wavy, Mishka said his guys could handle that for me. So they (Jean and Carlos, I believe) came to demo and re-drywall my bedroom ceiling. The price was above what 2 other guys quoted me, but I felt more comfortable with Mishka by that point. I was still DIY soundproofing and they told me some of my metal studs weren't gonna cut it. So I put different resilient channels up and hung the drywall myself. (I told Mishka I really wanted to try to hang drywall for the first time and he walked me through the steps.) Mishka had the guys mud and tape it for me after the ceiling was done (bc I know my limitations). Insurance took 90 days!!!!!!! But when the funds were sent, Mishka had the same guys come do that work. It took them 2.5 days. My bedroom ceiling, my kitchen ceiling, and my soundproof DIY wall...ALL look amazing. The communication with Maggie and Mishka via text (and phone calls) was great. They protected my floors and furniture well. I'm very happy and will most likely be calling Mishka again when another one of my DIY projects goes awry.
