Petr and his team completed a ~400 sq ft basement finishing project in our come within about 2.5-3 days. From the moment we called to the time the work was completed, it was about 1 week start (quote sent and reviewed) to finish (work completed and paid). They sanded and perfected trim and recently replaced drywall, and primed and painted walls, ceiling, and trim. They were able to use the specific paint brand, quality and color that we selected without a significant price increase. We felt they offered a great value and we appreciated that they offered a discount for cash. Petr came in the beginning and at the end to ensure we were satisfied with the work quality. Sharing a few photos of completed work for a sense of interior quality, as many projects featured here are of exterior paint projects or in-progress projects. Overall, we recommend Signature Paint and we would work with them again on future projects.

As a interior designer I've had the pleasure of working on a half dozen jobs with Chwalek Construction over the past decade. An excellent team, characterized by top-notch work executed with laser like precision, they are perfectionists with a superb eye for detail. In a field with a reputation for over-promising and under-delivering, they are professionals who deliver what they promise. Renovations are inherently stressful, but Chwalek construction is masterful at managing the process to make it as seamless and easy as possible for their clients. Faced with the inevitable surprises that always crop up in construction, they are nimble thinkers who find resourceful solutions to problems. The entire team, ably headed by principal Jacob Chwalek, is wonderful to work with. Consummate pros, they are organized not only with regard to actual construction, but with the back-office operations. Their paperwork, which is thorough, easy to understand, and transparent, is devoid of surprises. As a designer, when we recommend a contractor to our clients, we put our own reputation on the line. Very professional and responsive company to work with. Jacob always provided quick detailed responses and made sure the work was being done as scheduled. Estimate was provided quickly with reasonable quotes. Chwalek's guys did some real good quality work on remodeling my kitchen and bathroom. The young gentlemen were precise and recommended the best material to use on granite and the walls and I could not be more happier with the outcome. Damian's guys, especially Tyler and Anselmo, paid extra attention to small detail and they always made sure to leave no trace after the job was done. I can't speak highly enough about Jacob and Robert. Jacob (Robert's son) did a majority of the painting of our place in Lakeview. Not only was the painting really well executed, but Jacob was an absolute pleasure to work with. Always a "yes" man and was happy to help in any way he could. Chwalek did a great job on an exterior and repainting job for our Ipe wood, redid some cracking concrete on our steps and refinished and repainted our back metal staircase. Everything looks excellent and they used a high-quality marine paint on the stairs. All for a reasonable price and quickly. I would definitely hire them again. read more

I needed walls, doors, baseboards all done and we were able to settle on a fair price and I scheduled for the following week since I was also getting my floors buffed and stained. During this time, Edgar recommended some paint colors and he was able to provide a COI as required by my building. It was easy to get a hold of him via text and he was always prompt in responding. Edgar arrived with all supplies (tarp, paint, caulk, rollers etc) as we had agreed upon. He spent the majority of the first day in patching and repairing and setting up for the actual paint job. The next day I stopped by to see the progress and I certainly appreciated his attention to detail. Edgar worked alone since his crew was on another job site but it didn't matter since I was in no rush and he ended up doing a great job by himself. In addition to painting, Solano does perform home remodeling too. Based on my experience, I definitely recommend Edgar for your home improvement needs.
