If you remind yourself the pool is mainly for the kids, then it helps the sting of getting to the pool and having no lap lanes available. Having lived in multiple states and having swum at many pools, always having a set number of lanes open to the public is one way to get around that. But they try very hard to be accommodating. To the reviewers of the front desk: Monica and the rest of the staff are actually very nice. My first 1-2 visits were cordial, but after just a few visits you'll realize they are very nice and caring. Plus everyone has a bad day. The pool manager and lifeguards are also very kind. To the mother who's kids were cold: the pool is kept in the low 80's. I used to teach swim lessons and many children shiver. So they just must keep moving. A pool warmer than the low 80's is too hot for competitive swimming, which is what this pool is designed for. You might search out a pool that works with folks with medical problems or a pool designed only for giving lessons. Those pools are kept around 90 degrees. It's also a myth that you can catch a cold from being cold. So most likely your kids were already sick when they got to the pool.

They ignored every text and voicemail I left for 2 weeks. Now my son's appt with the DPS that we waited 2 months for has to be rescheduled! The next appt is nearly 3 months out, so now my son will not get his license for another 3 months! One of their drivers has the kids stop for his personal errands, and gives zero instructions to the students! They do have one really good driving instructor, but requesting him is a flip of the coin. After ignoring my request for two weeks, they responded with their instructor retired with no notice. We are on our own! Had they told me immediately maybe I could have made alternative plans, but instead they ignored me for 2 weeks! They did not even apologize as you can see from the screens shots I provided. They were so very nice until they had my money! I thought for sure the negative reviews were just old... they are not! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and leaving this review on every review site I can find to warn other parents. ALLIANCE DRIVING SCHOOL DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR KIDS, ONLY ABOUT YOUR MONEY! Your review will follow these employees should they seek other opportunities. And for the record, my granddaughter is not 100% white and we have had zero problems. Just thought I'd throw that out there before you make assumptions as to the race of my granddaughter. I would like to address the previous review given by Sue M. Sue M's review infuriates me for several reasons. My granddaughter attends this daycare and we have had zero problems. It is diverse and the staff are amazing. If I were Emma or any one else you name dropped, I would personally file a law suit against you for defamation of character. Your child attended this facility for all of two months. You do not know them. At all. You should be ashamed. It is my understanding the management has access to the audio recordings for the classrooms. Have you asked them to review the footage? Have you even considered the possibility that your child is not being truthful? In this review you definitely sound like the "my child can do no wrong" parent. I worked with Hannah about 2 months prior to starting my child at this daycare and provided her application form, payment details and my child's vaccination records, but she forgot to run the application as well as she forgot to put my child on waiting list. When I called a week prior before starting my child, Jennifer (the director) answered the call and she was not able to find my child's application. Since Hannah was not available, she had me waiting until Hannah comes in. Hannah returned my call and told me that she forgot to run the application and put my child on waiting list so now I have to wait for another two months before my child can start daycare there. With all of that she was not even apologetic and the director did not even have courtsey to call me back or apologize. I was so much relying on them and now I have to look for other daycares who can take my child in just one week. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

( They are only profit driven at least at this location) The kids continue to tell me that there is never any soap refilled in the dispensers and therefore my children were coming home sick every other week because basic safety features were not followed. Moving forward- The accounting department knew we were 50/50 custody and I asked a number of times to type up two different accounts so my ex (The FBI Special Agent) and I can keep our billing different. Things got progressively worse here and we came to a head when Mrs. Cain didn't know my children's whereabouts, even though they ride the CLA busses. How is this safe?? I own and operate a small business myself and I would never care for my patients the way CLA care for their children and respective families. I am a doctor and I am appalled that Mrs. Cain did not follow the divorce decree from day 1 and went by the verbal consent of my ex Mr. FBI Special Agent. I cannot speak any worse of this facility. My girls were called into the office and nothing was ever documented if it made the center look bad. Clearly, this business is profit driven and I will not cower to speak my mind just because my ex-husband Mr. FBI SPECIAL AGENT TRIED TO TRUMP ME and the school didn't follow our divorce decree. Ironically- Mrs. Jaimie Cain has stepped down and now they are under a different management. I had just saw his classroom and counted about nine children, clearly not a full class, when the student to teacher ratio is 1:11 and there are 2 teachers. From there, the situation became even more concerning. Rebecca went into the office, whispered with Chris, the owner, and returned stating : there were actually no spots available and my son was second on a waiting list. After voicing my concern about being told there was availability, Chris came and spoke with me promising to call me back about the availability, but that call never came. Instead, I received a generic email confirming my son had been placed on the waiting list. This experience was not just disappointing as a single mom -- it was deeply troubling as this is a faith based school. The whispering in the office, the sudden contradictions, and the lack of follow-through made it clear that honesty and transparency are not priorities at this school. I would strongly caution other parents to look elsewhere. If this is how they handle new families at the door, I shudder to think how issues are handled once a child is enrolled.

Mini-pirate's teachers, Miss Cindy and Miss Tiffany are amazing, and Miss Shirly, the head admin is wonderful. Pricing options vary, depending on the schedule you choose. They also offer home-school options, after school programs, and summer camps. The fall festival is also something that should not be missed. Mini-pirate is a huge fan, and I loved watching him embrace taking care of the Earth and a love for nature.

My son now attends Kodomo. I can't recommend Kodomo enough, it truly teaches the "language" of music. I've tried a few other children's music classes and this was by far the most engaging and musically sound one (and is competitively priced). The instrument lessons were hit or miss for us, as our daughter's personality did not fit her teacher right away (i.e. our daughter was pushy and whiny and her teacher was not pushy enough back), but the school listened and reacted when we asked for help. Do your research regarding the teaching method, but also note that many criticisms of the Suzuki method are reactions to how it was taught twenty years ago; it has evolved quite a bit since then. If you have concerns I suggest discussing them with the staff. I was trained in a much more "classical" manner, but I think their method is fantastic and results in tremendous musicians. Note that fully attending the school is a serious investment of time and money (we stopped attending for those reasons) but if you're serious about your children's music education, I recommend it highly.
