I can't say enough good things about Kiddie Academy. I posted this review on their Google page last year, and all of it still applies and so much more. They have been so amazing through all of the Covid concerns, and worked with us as parents when times were so uncertain. Here is my review from last year: I toured so many daycares before choosing one for my then 18 month old. For some reason this one did not show up on my search and we ended up at Goddard. We spent 6 months there and it was a really rough 6 months... we decided to try a different place because too many incidents continued to happen. We were referred here by a friend, and signed up at our tour. I cannot say enough good things about this center. The rooms are huge. You have the option to see your baby on camera throughout the day. The teachers are so calm and sweet. They go above and beyond the state teacher to child ratio requirement. The front door is very secure. They provide meals, cots and sheets that they wash daily, and sippy cups for you baby. They have an indoor play area for bad weather and a splash pad. Our daughter had a little accident and they were quick to call my husband and I to let us know, and we were able to watch the accident played back to us since there are cameras. Just a tiny fall. There's a million other great things about this center, but these are just the ones that our previous daycare didn't offer. We were also paying more at our previous daycare. We feel so secure here!! I had high hopes for Green Space, I'm a public teacher and have a degree in early education. I was…read morethrilled to find a place I thought aligned to my beliefs for child development, but it ultimately fell short. The director, Amanda, is unresponsive and dismissive, which sets the tone for the entire operation. Communication is inconsistent, and the operation is disorganized. The handbook lacks clarity. Policies contradict each other, and important information is often passed by "word of mouth." I liked most of the teachers; they genuinely cared and kept my son safe. However, the constant turnover made it difficult to establish a stable environment. My son had three different lead teachers in just five months. Safety concerns and inconsistencies. It was revealed to me, quietly of course, that there had been no fire drills during my son's time there. The hours changed from 7:30-6 to 9-4 unless paying extra. I also think there were time that the ratio wasn't correct. While I appreciate the efforts of some staff members, the leadership and organization issues make Green Space a place to avoid. I wasted time, money, and peace of mind. If you value stability and clear communication, look elsewhere. The Texas licensing page says that they provide snacks and the handbook says that they provide snacks. Apparently that's only the toddler class and older. And my final complaint, I sent an email to the owner at the end of October, three months after my child had started there, expressing all of my concerns and feedback. She never responded. Now that I have experienced a different daycare, one right across the street, I see how much Green Space was lacking.

We want CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL drinking water, not that stuff. Everyone agrees. Then they tell the kids to GO OUTSIDE during a TORNADO. Outside! Like getting swept up by a tornado is a good idea. VERY DANGEROUS. They're putting our kids at risk. Total incompetence. Zero stars. 0 In the TEN YEARS I took my child here, they didn't teach them ANYTHING. Not one thing. Worst school, maybe ever. Do better!

This daycare is the worsest daycare I have ever seen. I had 4 kids in that daycare. One of them had…read morebruises in his face and his boday couple weeks ago. I asked 3 different teachers what happened to him and was told different stories and had to end up by calling the police. When the police showed up they refused to show him the cameras pretending that only their head office has access to it and they have to send a request and this process will take few days. Also in our last day we figured out that teachers were giving our kids brand new pull ups to other kids. We had provided 24 brand new underwear for potty training but teachers have used most of them for other kids. Our toddlers never got any potty training even once. They were about to get started but never started. I felt it was my duty to warn any parents against taking their children to this daycare.

Frantically I called several surrounding daycare facilities and none of them were bad. but none of them were TLE. Immediately the center director (Crystal Schaffer) and her team made me feel safe to leave my baby with them in their care. My daughter has THRIVED at TLE. She loves her teachers, going so far as to invite them to her birthday party! TLE's staff makes my kid feel safe, loved and cared for. So much so that my child has attachments with not just her classroom facilitators, but other members as well. Clearly showing that they all (from chef to floaters, to front office personnel) work to ensure that their students are loved and cared for. Her vocabulary and cognitive development speak volumes to their choice in curriculum And their dedication to make sure the right teachers are at the right age levels. Our love for this program is so great that my niece is now in attendance and my 4 month old son. Crystal, Erica, Nora, Shelley, Marina, Robin, Cynthia, Jean, Veronica, Julie.... The staff is supportive (especially Crystal). We love that there are updates and photos throughout the day and that our precious kiddos are loved on, cared for, and allowed to play and grow in a place where they are the priority. There is attention to security, a great curriculum, plenty of free play and outdoor play, and quality peer interaction. They even let the cousins (who are in different classrooms) have a chance to see each other and interact when possible. It is hard knowing who to trust with kids. TLE is a blessing to our family!

Primrose has been great, love the meals they serve, the hours, and love of our girls. Our oldest goes to private school (second will follow) and our standards are fairly high for cleanliness, education, and safety, glad to have a safe place to take our girls every day.
