Suddenly stopped coming to service our pool without notice and will no longer answer calls or texts. We paid him $3,000 last year to drain and acid wash our pool. I didn't notice right away that he had stopped coming, as I'm not always home when he does the pool service. Our pool turned into a murky green swamp, complete with mosquitos. In addition to spending hundreds of dollars with a new service to get the water cleared, we discovered that the plaster is now stained. What a mess. And a completely unprofessional way to treat your customers. He deserves zero stars.
