I love my new spa/hot tub. I've had it for about a week now and have enjoyed it every day! The changing lights on the hot tub allows for a fun environment with friends. The hot tub I bought was a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and the hot tub is definitely good quality. I had a guy help me and he was extremely informative and helped me choose out a hot tub that fit my needs. It took about 4 months for the hot to come and came in just in time for the new year! I also like their financing option, which allows for no interest for a year from the date of installation. However, I do not like the form of the financing was in credit card "debt" rather than a loan "debt". Meaning, when you finance the hot tub your basically opening up a new credit card. Overall it is still a great option for customers to be able to finance instead of paying out-of-pocket. read more

Backyard spa and leisure has a very nice showroom. Sales staff is very helpful and friendly. They were not high pressure, which I appreciate, just there to help you find what will make you happy. Lots of spas and Traeger grills to look at. They were great to work with as far as making a couple payments before delivery. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating was because they forgot to send the chlorine package with the spa, so I had to wait a day to get in. Also, they said that hooking it up would be included but the guy hooking it up charged $200 because we needed a gfi and extra electrical cord. Just wish they had mentioned that. I've had two great experiences with these guys, both times working with the owner Tom and his staff on repairs to an aging spa. You'd expect the owner to be very knowledgable and professional but I've found their staff to all be the same way as well, which usually reflects good management and employees who like their workplace. Over the past two years we've had one jet motor blow out on our spa and we've needed to replace the cover. With an aging spa we had to make judgment calls on whether we should continue investing in it or dispose of it. Tom gave me unbiased opinions on both sides of the decision and when I chose to replace the motor he did the work himself. It's run perfectly since. When it was time to replace the cover he worked with me to help me understand exactly which measurements I'd need to get so they could have a partner custom build a cover. The cover came out, was easy to install, fits perfectly and looks great. Both were fairly complex situations where I needed expert consultation to make $400 - $500 decisions and I couldn't be happier. For the more simple transactions like purchasing supplies, the store is well stocked and as mentioned has very helpful staff. They sell new and rehabbed spas which look beautiful. Thanks to the great experiences so far they definitely have my business when/if it's time to get a new spa. Highly recommend them as your go-to. read more

Wow, this company clearly has so much money they don't need your business! I contacted them to get a quote on a custom spa cover. I was asked for my contact info and was told I'd get a call from the person who takes the measurements. 4 days pass with no call. I call back to find out why I hadn't been contacted "must have lost your info" I provided my contact info again and this time I was actually called back and scheduled to have our spa measured the following day between 1-2 pm. The next day Tim shows up around 3 pm (no call to say he's running late) and proceeds to measure my spa. I tell him we want the cover to keep the spa hot and warm up faster. Tim tells me because of the spillway he needs to contact the manufacturer to find out if it's even an option. I say I understand and Tim says hell call me the following day. This is early December 2019. Tim calls me the following day,leaves a message saying due vacations he won't know if the cover can be made or not and he'll call me back by December 19, 2019. I have yet to receive the call back letting me know if the cover can be made so I can only assume this company does not want or need my business. read more

Purchased new spa in 2018. Needed warranty servicing done due to bad electrical connection. Called first week of Dec, they couldn't even get to me for FIVE weeks later! I had to keep calling them. Told them it was electrical problem at the sub box by their installer. They didn't send their electrician, but instead sent someone not certified to check electric.... Moving into week 6 of still no spa. All they can say is they're sorry! But still making those payments on a non working new spa. Needs better dedication to keeping current customers needs in check, not sell the spa, get paid, and disappear. Need the issue fixed in a timely manner. read more

Our 30k pool was needing 4-5 gall of chlorine per week! This place is awesome! Unprecedented customer service you just don't get in commerce today. We didn't even buy our spa from them and I didn't discover them until after we got one from Costco. I've been in to buy chemicals and they are always helpful and thorough explaining how to maintain my spa. When I did my first water change, I got a "FLO" error after refilling and called to schedule a service. They took a message and then called back a few hours later with recommendations on how to try fix it myself. I'm a pretty hands on guy and really appreciated it. They easily could have charged me for a service visit but instead gave me a 5 minute call. After the call, I tried the first recommendation (remove the filter and really shoot water down it to remove air bubbles) and it worked! I will always buy my supplies from them and if we ever buy another spa, I will definitely buy from them! Feels good to support a local business that does it all right. read more
