My experience with the customer service has been somewhat similar. Some of the ladies are very task-oriented and can come across as inconveniencing customers when they are focused on what they need to get done. Others are friendlier and, at times, genuinely helpful. I've learned to go in with fairly low expectations when it comes to customer service, but I still enjoy stopping in because I've found some fun items there that make the experience worthwhile. I would separate the athletic shop from my overall experience with the other two shops. The employee there, Cole (I believe that's his name), has always been very friendly and helpful.

Employee said no. She was so rude to my grandma so I politely asked her and she turned off the music completely. Our goal was just to have it turned down. After, we're still looking around and they turn on the music even louder. My mom talked to the lady and she had such an attitude with my mom. We really wanted to shop there but we ended up turning around and not buying.

She is very personable and willing to help in any way possible. Which is refreshing. The Boutique is decorated nicely and the prices are very good for well made clothes. Something that usually does not go together. Nicely made clothes at a good price. I found two tops I wanted to try on. Merri said if anything does not fit to let her know and she will get another. The dressing rooms were so clean and cute. Decorated beautifully. I ended up buying two shirts that were as unique and the boutique. Merri stated she goes and picks out the clothes herself to put in her store and it shows with quality. They also sell Bread,soap and Earrings. I live across town but will return each time I'm on that side because it's hard to find well made clothes, beautifully styled, at a reasonably price. Most the sizes I saw were S,M,L. If you looking to find something not in stores go for a ride and check out Secret Aura Boutique. Side note. Merri came to Tucson originally in the Air Force, and later a police at U of A. She could tell my size by just looking at me and she nailed the look. It was something in many ways out of my wheelhouse. It totally worked and I felt like a million dollars. I even bought an additional top that will be my go-to in the fall! I have seen expensive, designer clothing at other stores, so I would say that the prices are reasonable. One of the tops could be purchased for between $20-30 less at the designer website. Other than that, I thought that the prices were in line with my expectations. Today I bought two cocktail type dresses, a romantic floral faux wrap dress and a cute pair of nude Mary Jane heels for $50. Staff is always fun and accommodating. Did I mention they carry extended sizes through 4x, petites and more? That's super impressive! I've never consigned there, but I'm continually impressed with the quality of the clothes, designer options and incredible prices. I could buy full price but I always find something I like better at Girlfriends Closet.

I spoke to Lisa, the owner, on the phone and we scheduled an appointment to bring in my things for consignment. There is a limit of ten items on hangers (yes, you get your hangers back, lol), and up to five accessories like shoes and purses. My appointment was yesterday and I am impressed with how appealing and attractive the store is. The clothes are quality, in good condition, and in a wide variety of styles and sizes. Lisa was very friendly and helpful, even collecting my things from my car. She explained the contract and the online presence is very cool. The seller can check the status of items at any time! Nice! Parking is super convenient, with spaces right in front of the store and a huge parking lot beyond that. The store is located in the Albertson's center on the NE corner of Harrison and Broadway. My initial experience is worth five stars, and if my things sell, I'll bump up my overall rating.
