My purchases have been treated at a discounting box store. Then came my shirt - the trigger for this review. Having been folded and pinned, it was very wrinkled. I asked if there was a pressing service - I was ignored. Then, I was looking closer at the shirt and saw something was on it. I scratched it to no avail. I asked for a discount- after consulting with the other clerk (manager) , I was told I had 2 options (ROFL). First, the could order one for me with a $15 charge but no guarantee I'd get it in 2 days. My second option was to but it and he was pretty sure it would come out in the wash. Full price, of course. So now my motivation for never shopping there again is to get back on my diet!

I explained my situation and she began to show me different suits that would work with my shoes and belt I already own. Shortly after that the entire staff began to help we look at suites and accessories that would work together. After picking out a couple suits, the owner joined into the conversation and showed me a nice trick to fold the suits while traveling. The altered my pants in about 20 minutes while I waited. My meetings and presentations went great and I was complemented many time about my outfit choices. I've worked from home for quite a while so it was really helpful having so much help picking out these suits, ties, and shirts. I doubt I'd have received such great service at one of the larger retailers. The suits were a great price and a good quality for the price. I was even given a small discount for purchasing both at once. If you need a great looking suit for a reasonable price, drop in and they will take care of you.

When I asked what was going on, the manager said they had a "rush" and their computers went down, which honestly just felt like a cop-out. If you're that backed up, be upfront instead, contact the people waiting on you but of instead you're just wasting their time. What really pushed it over the edge was the manager's response. When I pointed out that it didn't seem like anyone cared enough to fix the situation, she told me I was "coming at her." But if acknowledging that nothing was being done to make it right counts as "coming at you," then yes, that's exactly what I was doing. Because from my perspective, there was zero effort to take responsibility or offer any kind of solution. The whole experience felt disorganized and dismissive. If you're going to take people's items and give them a timeframe, the least you can do is respect it, or communicate when you can't. Instead, it was a complete waste of time with no accountability. I won't be back.

Cool jean store for what Tucson has to offer. They have lots of designer jeans, Seven, True Religion, Hudson, Rock and Republic, AG, and so many more! They prices are the same as every other high end department store but keep in mind that these types of jeans retail for upwards of $120 and all the way up to $300. Yikes! But they fit amazing so I think it is worth every penny! The downside: they don't usually have tons of sizes, they often don't have 26 or 27 sizes because those I assume are popular. But they are very friendly and put me on a contact list so anytime they get my size in my favorite brands they call me immediately so I can get the scoop on them. Also beware they have short store hours! So call ahead and double check. read more

It was ok, but when I purchased a t-shirt there and then saw the exact same one at TJMaxx for a third of price a month later, I cant help but feel a little gypped. I felt the customer service was a little intense, and pushy. There were two pairs of jeans I was very interested in, and asked if they would hold them until the following day. I ended up finding the same jeans online for 30% off. I understand the concept of shopping local, but not when its going to cost me an additional $75. Its a beautiful store, and conveniently located, but I wasn't impressed. read more

Well, jeans are a tough purchase and shopping for jeans can seem daunting. I did find a pair that I liked but I was uncomfortable with the gentlemen who was why overly helpful, and said I should try on certain pairs that I didn't like and didn't look good. I walked away empty handed. read more
