Drops went in at 3:55 and the Doc didn't return for a half hour, after saying she'd be back in 15-20. I made the appt at 3:00 with another meeting at 4:30 figuring never in life would an eye exam take longer than an hour, let alone 90 minutes. Maybe my expectations are a bit too high. Who knows?

I have Human Compbenefits insurance, I just got of the phone with them after I received my new cards for the upcoming year. I was charged, and I let it happen without thinking, $461.00 for a basic frame with progressive lenses. The frames were 0. The options were over $400. Insurance agent "Why did you get the tier 4 premium options on a basic frame?". I was never given an option. I took his word for it. I will NEVER do that again. The tier 1 option was included. He charged $189 for tier 4. Anti Reflective tier 1 $60 I was charged $135 for tier 3. No options given. The Dr is always complete caring and comprehensive. Watch out for the crook that sells you frames!!

Dr. Sonsky is nice and patient. He explains and educates and makes it a complete experience. The staff is also very nice and pleasant. The wait time for products is reasonable to fast. My entire family received amazing service and eye ware so the consistency at this place is spot on. Don't waste your time going to Eagle Eye, Eye Contact West is where you need to go for your glasses or eye contacts.

I usually drag my Grandson to follow me with an extra cart. Hate it, it's not my thing, Today I Discovered Costcos delivery service through Instacart. Same day delivery shopping. so I thought to give it a try and to be honest this will be my go to service to get my Costco goods to my house without all the hassles of store visits. I Put in my first order today just to try and experience the service. I Bought 10 cases of Costco 40 count water bottles. 1 extra large tin of coffee and 2 big bounty paper towel packs- they were marked down as a special today so I got 2 big packs. Impulse buy! Didn't need but the price was right so I got a few. When I logged into the Costco site Bounty Towel deal was a highlighted item for the day. I followed my shopper on the app and to be honest the delivery came fast and on time. The Price was right and I didn't need to get in my car to fight the chaos at the store. Delivery and tip is included in the cost. Prices are a bit higher but not much than store prices. The small increase Pays for the delivery and tip which is included in the price. Now that I know I have this service available I look forward to shopping bigger store hauls. Instacart service is included in your Costco membership. Check it out.

And they don't try to make you spend $ on stuff you don't need. In fact, last time I went for a contact lense appointment, even though I have astigmatism in one eye, the Dr suggested I get the same rx for both eyes to save $ and it worked fabulously - my lenses have been great (I think the astigmatism is very slight - and every other Dr I've seen made my get 2 separate RXes). I emailed them today (a Sunday) requesting my RX and I expected a response in a few days. Imagine my surprise when I got a response a few hours later. I really can't say enough good things about them, and as long as I live here & they take my insurance, I'll be going here. Keep up the great work guys!
