We vacationed in a cabin in Cleveland and we were craving Chinese food. I found this restaurant and I'm so glad I did. The beef fried rice was awesome. My nephew enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken and I was pleased to see they had black pepper chicken. I walked in and ordered take out. The owner took my order and as I was waiting he brought me a sweet tea to drink. He also, gave me some sweet donuts as a gift. Super friendly staff. It was quick and delicious! read more

Being new to the area it was a nice surprise to find great local Chinese food. The portions are enough for two meals and everything was tasty. I was also given a free sweet tea with my order which was a nice customer service touch. I will definitely be a frequent customer. read more

Pretty decent fare. Generous portions. I've always ordered take out and never had a problem until last time. I ordered Singapore Chow Mei Fun with extra curry. I've never checked my order before leaving because it's always been perfect. However this time I was very disappointed when I got home and saw there must've been a misunderstanding and there wasn't extra curry, there was none at all! :-( I live over 20 mins away so wasn't worth returning to have it corrected. There was also some soy sauce soaked rice in my order (wasn't fried rice just steamed rice with a ton of soy). Don't know if this was a complimentary gesture they decided to add but I didn't like it at all. Was a waste of food. Best chinese place around. Great food, incredibly nice owner. I am a regular here for a reason. I have had many menu items, all left me 100% satisfied. There are some chinese restaurants with sub par ingredients. This is FAR from one of them! Highly rec the fried rice, egg drop soup, general tsos, sweet and sour. They are all quality dishes. Typical chinese restaurant that caters to american diets. Plenty of variety on the buffet. If you dine in, the food is pretty good. If you get take out half of your food will literally be rice. Service is ok. There is a huge turnover of waitresses. I have heard that they are not treated very well. Usually a lot are hired on and then not enough hours to go around. So be patient with your young, nervous waitress. My kid gets the PuPu platter. I like shrimp lo mein, cantonese chicken and the not so crab much crab as cream cheese crab ragoon. Their staff are very friendly! They even gave me a free sweet tea that I didn't ask for. An easy 5+ stars on service. But their food.... OMG! I ordered Mongolian beef, no green onions inside, but that's not important as it tastes ok. I ordered pot stickers, they are more like fried wonton, hey, could you use round wrap instead of squared wrap for making dumplings before throwing them on the pan? I don't enjoy that much extra flours. The most funny thing is rice, I asked for rice, typically when we say rice, it refers to steamed rice. But I got I don't know soy sauce soaked rice or fry rice but put soy sauce at last. I do feel awkward and funny like in a comedy show. Nice, quiet Chinese restaurant with a diverse menu. Lots of options and a GREAT lunch buffet. Service has been good every time I have gone. Seating is ample and the ambience is nice; there is a fish tank in the front with some beautiful fish. Not too expensive. read more

Here is a review from a local. We have eaten at this restaurant for over 20 years. The food was only, ever, fair, but there are not Chinese restaurants in our small town. As we ordered, the server stated that one of the meals we have ordered for over twenty years, was not a meal and had to be all ordered separate. I explained we have been eating this here longer then you have been alive. She actually argued with me, at which time I asked for the owner. He explained, yes it is still a meal, and that she was wrong. (Never apologized). We asked that our soups not brought until the meals came, they came any way. We sent them back. Then they sent over a new server. We thought, good. They brought out one meal (ordered 5). When we asked where the rest was, they stated, well, this one was ready. Huh? They did not take it back. A few minutes later 2 more arrived. Funny, we went out for a meal to eat, and here is a novel idea, together. When the last plate final came (brought by the owner) it was wrong. When it was brought for a second time and a condiment (that was supposed to be on the side as ordered) was asked for, the owner told me there was some on the table. (but that was on someone else's plate. This place always hires cute, young, and some underage girls. They are not hired for their ability to wait tables. They are there for the owners to hit on, date etc. How do I know? Small town. My next call will be to the labor board. read more

Cleveland's version of strip mall Chinese. Very friendly staff, and the food is usually very good. Our trip this time was a bit below par - must have been breaking in a new chef or something. The buffet is large and lots of choices, and the menu ordering is extensive as well. Not a 5 star place for sure, but solid average dining for when you need to scratch your Chinese itch. read more

This is great place to eat in Cleveland. The food is always good and comes out pretty quick. I do think the service is a little slow. I would still recommend this place, it's always clean in the dining area. Their walls and bathroom doors could be a bit more tidy. read more

I ain't gonna be too hard cause i'm a big fan of the lunch buffet, particularly the lo mein and fried rice. But they recently replaced the bourbon chicken with chicken coated in nasty bbq sauce. I guess they think they are appeasing the redneck crowd in Cleveland. Ain't nobody got time for that. Bring back the bourbon chicken and I will revise this to 4 stars. Pretty good for little ole' white county! I mean it's not Golden Buddah but, it's pretty good! There sesame chicken and fried rice is fairly good! Also, their yum yum sauce is really good. Finally, i would like to add that they have AMAZING egg rolls. read more

Solid and consistently good Chinese restaurant in Cleveland, GA with a buffet. In full disclosure, I do not do buffets, so my review is based upon having ordered take out 4 times in the last 6 months or so. We have enjoyed the food we ordered. The lo mein dishes are tasty and authentic, the Kung Pao chicken is delicious and the shrimp with lobster sauce is full of big, plump shrimp and is excellent. There is no question in my mind that this the best Chinese food in Cleveland. read more

Very awesome customer service received for a to-go order. The gentlemen working the register gave us a complimentary sweet tea, thank you! Orders came out hot and portions were great. It is clean and the servers are well-groomed and neat. The best Chinese food south of Boston! The best service from Helen to Gainesville! I don't know how they do it, but they hire young people who are polite, attentive, respectful and seem to sincerely appreciate your business. My husband and I can never get over the quality of service we receive when we go there. Customer service, even servers working for a tip, has gone by the wayside. Not here... they hold the door for you when you walk in and out and will do anything to make your dining experience a pleasure. I ask for onions in my fried rice and every time they go above and beyond making my meal perfect with no hassle, eye rolling or sighs. And, our water glasses are always full! I eat here when I'm camping at Unicoi State Park. The food is always fresh and tasty. I almost always order the sesame chicken as it's the best I've ever had. The staff is always very friendly. I eat here 2 or 3 times a year and am treated like a regular. read more

I have never dined in at this restaurant but get carry-out on a semi-regular basis. The food is always good and a good size portion as well. They do not speak english very well so make sure you say exactly what you want so you get the right order. They are very fast most of the time so don't worry about having to call very long ahead of time before you want to pick it up. The price is the same as any other chinese restaurant. I would recommend eating here and I will be eating her again. read more
