I really wanted a quick haircut because I was growing out my hair to its natural silver gray and so many salons had an hour and a half wait. By chance we drove by this salon and LaDonna was happy to take me right in for an awesome haircut, probably the best I have ever had. I work a few doors down at Cricket. I went in to get a haircut on my lunch break. The older lady I believe she is the owner, spoke with me eariler about coming by. Anyways i went in. I'm male and my haircut isn't very difficult. I asked to start with a 2 on the sides, finger length with sheers on top. Then blend it to even the edges. She went for my side burns first cut it extremely high and very crooked. Then when I told her it was too high she acted clueless. She didn't lube her clippers and pulled my hair, then when she got to the finger length she wasn't cutting it short enough. When I told her that she grabbed the clippers and went to the top of my head with them. Now that i checked it its uneven by half an inch or more in multiple areas. The right side is tighter than the left. On top of everything she nicked my skin tag and made me bleed. This haircut cost me 30 (27 plus 3 tip) I'm way to nice, but I basically paid for a buzz cut that I could of done at home. CANNOT CUT MENS HAIR!!!!! Stay away! Update: spoke with the owner and explained the situation she offered to fix it but considering the experience i requested a refund. 4/2021. Heather the stylist did my hair. I have naturally medium brown ash hair. From my root I have 3-4 inches of grow out and blonde on the bottom. I told H I wanted to match my natural color and pull some of that color through the blonde. I have used her once before and she did a fine job. So I came back. Well first she use terms I have never heard of as the color she will be using something along the lines of "double neutral" I don't remember the exact verbiage. I should of know right there our visions might not be the same. The appropriate thing to do would be to use the verbiage the customer would understand like medium brown ash color. So she weaves that 50% of my hair with this color that I don't really know what it will look like because she didn't use a descriptive color that I would know. She rinses out the hair and it is way darker than my natural color I would say it would be a dark brown almost black especially against the blonde hair so right then and there I knew this was not good. And then probably about 25% of it has splotchy spots, black to blonde black to blonde down the shaft. She notices it mentions in it and says that she'll go back through with more of this dark color and cover up some of those major spots. So I leave with darker hair than I intended to have and still some spots. She says give it a few days go home and wash it and let me know. It was about a week and a half go back into the shop to say "I have not wore my hair down one time" because I can still see spots. She then proceeds to say she sees nothing wrong with my hair and tells me that she'll just go back through and lighten my hair for $85 that's when I walked out I will not return! that you completely deny that there's nothing wrong with my hair is awful to me when I left the first time you knew there were spots still in my hair. Please avoid using Heather because if she makes a mistake she's not gonna own up to it after the fact. Everyone that works there will tell you, you look amazing even though you look like a spotted hyena. They will lie right to your face and make you believe they are the most amazing salon on earth. I went in because of proximity to the EMX line and good reviews. I was not disappointed. I'd been wanting a haircut for awhile and decided to go for it. So glad Heather was the one to cut my hair! It was past my shoulders and full of split ends. Now it's a chin length bob full of choppy layers with perfect bangs, just like I wanted. She went off of the reference pictures perfectly and also gave me home styling tips perfect for someone like me who gives themselves minimal time to get ready. I have gone to this tanning salon for 10 years and have always loved it until now. I called earlier this month to check how many tans I have (was told 10) went in after work today and was told I'm completely out. I asked her to double check and she said she would while I was tanning. I came out and she said I only had 2 tans left. I explained to her that I was told I had 10, this went on and on and she continued to tell me I have 2 and kept pushing buying a new tanning package over and over. I was a walk-in on a weekend to get a cut. I looked the salon up to see hours and pricing. Woman's hair cut was listed as $30. Reasonable. I had a ton of dead ends and was honest upfront that I knew I'd need about 3" cut off. We agreed upon layering and I asked her to relieve some of the heaviness of my bangs. When cut was completed, I was handed a small handheld mirror to look at the back. She kept running her fingers through my hair during this time, showing the movement of the hair. My hair is dark when wet so it appeared to be even. Went to pay and price was now $40. In my head, it did not click that the price was different. Upon getting home and allowing my hair to air dry, my husband notices my hair had been cut completely uneven & had chunky layers, not blended at all. I called the shop and was offered to come down and have her fix it. I couldn't that day but made plans for next open business day. I decided I was not trusting her to fix what damage she had done. I sent an email the night before our appointment. I did not recieve a response. I called her the next evening to tell her I was not satisfied and not returning to have it fixed. She was short, abrupt and when I questioned the difference in price, she stated, "oh, our prices changed a while ago, the website isn't updated". She was very quick to get off the phone, did not offer any refund or apology or request to make things right. Not impressed! They told me the hairdresser that I wanted, stopped cutting hair. Which was highly unlikely because I knew she loved what she did. But I went to them anyway. The stylist was friendly and did a pretty ok job. But the prices!!! One of the most expensive salons I've been to. They charge like a high class salon when it's definitely not. And the lady at the counter tried to overcharge me and if I didn't catch It would have succeeded. I won't be going back and I won't recommend because I don't like being ripped off. read more

Barbara Silvia is a nail technician at the salon. The woman is incredibly rude. We booked two appointments and were less than 5 minutes late to the first appt. The woman already had someone she was working with and refused to honor either appt. Barbara would not talk to us and made the receptionist tell us to call to reschedule.
