Tiffany is incredibly warm, open, and thorough, the kind of practitioner who immediately makes you feel safe and seen. The session itself was both calming and surprisingly powerful. I live with multiple chronic illnesses, as well as life‑altering trauma and grief, and exploring energy healing instead of traditional medicine was completely new for me. But what I experienced in this session reached places that years of traditional therapy never touched. It was intense in the most grounding, soothing way, hard to fully explain, but deeply felt. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and genuinely supported. I wholeheartedly recommend Tiffany and will absolutely continue seeing her. Just like Heather, Denise is extremely knowledgeable and passionate. Location - This studio has the perfect location in downtown Rochester. Free street parking (or free parking lot behind the Revolution restaurant for a quick walk to the studio). Cost - Reasonable. Packages to fit your budgets: drop ins, punch cards, monthly memberships. Atmosphere - Such a welcoming place regardless of your experience with yoga. Judgement free. Relaxing (candles, essential oils, dim lighting, light music). So many props available to use - yoga mats (if you don't have one!), different types of blocks, blankets, two types of bolsters, straps, eye pillows, muscle roller balls. And the teachers explain how to use the props in various different ways to help your practice. Benefits - Love the schedules, some early classes and night classes.. Love the lunch time classes for a quick pick me up. Knowledgeable teachers that are not intimidating! Open dialogue with the teachers which is great when you have a sore muscle telling them allows them to add something special into the practice just for you and your needs.
