Horrid she is not a friendly person. Missed sales because of her attitude . Half the time she isn't in her area. Horrible customer service.

** - Above and Beyond Customer Service**…read more I had a truly outstanding experience at Ron Jon Surf Shop in Cocoa Beach this Father's Day. I initially came in to purchase a 9-foot board I had my eye on. After deciding to buy it, I stepped out briefly to grab my son so he could help me load it into my truck. When I returned, the board was gone--needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. I spoke with a salesperson named Dave, who explained that the board actually wasn't supposed to be on the sales floor--it had been custom-made for the shop and was pulled by the general manager and placed in an office. Even so, Dave didn't stop there. He took the time to listen to my situation and understand how much this meant to me, especially as it was intended to be my Father's Day gift. Dave went out of his way to help and connected me with the manager, Chip. Chip took things to the next level--he made calls to the general manager and even reached out to corporate to see if anything could be done. After about 45 minutes of effort, he came back with incredible news: they got approval to sell me the board. Neither Dave nor Chip had to go to those lengths, but they did--and that level of customer care is rare. They could have easily said no and moved on, but instead they went out of their way to make my day. As a local, I'll be out riding waves on this board and proudly telling this story. Ron Jon didn't just sell me a surfboard--they delivered an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Dave, Chip, and the corporate team for making my Father's Day!

This store makes me want to say, "No wayyyyy.....way!" and "Excellent!" and "Nothing was bogus" -…read moreaccording to Bill and Ted (it's making my son cringe in the background). Largest surf shop in the world at 52,000 square feet of cool, rad, and gnarly, awesome things (shirts, jewelry, swim wear, accessories, beauty products, home decor, surf boards, rash guards, sunglasses, etc). If you can walk out without buying a shirt, keychain or sticker, I would either be impressed, or think something was wrong with you. Free parking (time limit) in the back of the shop. Long arse lines at all the registers, but that's a testament to how popular this place is. My husband who is an (ex-)surfer, totally loved this shop. He said visiting this store was one of the highlights of the trip.

This store is a joke! I came here because two pairs of glasses I bought less than a year ago have…read morelenses that have turned yellow. They are Transitions lenses. When I bought them, they were grey lenses that turned dark and had a blue mirror coating on them. They have gradually turned yellow. I came in to show them to the store on Sunday and was told I had to come back on Wednesday when the manager, Dustin, was in, since they were purchased at a store in CT. They told me only the store manager could make decisions about glasses purchased at another location. I went back in today to show him the lenses, which he acknowledged he could clearly see were now yellow. He told me he needed to take pictures and send them to his regional manager, and that he do not have the authority to make decisions about glasses from another location. He also told me that "we use Transitions lenses here," so it's not like we put in some cheap stuff." So, what, it's my fault? Then, he told me, "also, it's been more than a year..." No! That's the point, they are less than a year old...by a long shot. I bought them in March of 2025. Then, it became, "well, you don't have the protection plan." I spent $1200 on glasses at LensCrafters precisely so that I would not have to worry if I had a problem with them -- a national chain, where one would reasonably expect their $600 lenses to be stood behind by the company from which they purchased them. Then, I was insulted with the following line he called to sell me an hour later: "I have learned from speaking with my regional manager and from research I did that the yellow tint is by design!" What...?! Dustin tried to sell me the bullshit line, "Transitions lenses have a yellow-brown hue by design. It's supposed to be there." NO! Then why wasn't it there when I first got them? Why is one pair much more yellow than the other? Why did I buy gray lenses? In short, the store manager is full of crap and a liar, and LensCrafters are thieves who do not stand behind the products they sell. Moral of the story: do not pay a premium to LensCrafters for service -- much less nationwide service -- as they do not stand behind their products. Moreover, they blame defective materials on their customers and play them for fools. Buyer Beware: steer clear!

Liz brought exceptional customer service to us by providing a great glasses & frames adjustment and cleaning. She noted that frames had to be warmed and the lens should be removed to prevent damage. After adjusting our frames Liz did a through clean around the edges of both frames and lens while explaining the importance of this. She also answered all our questions about the new RayBan Meta frames on display. It was a fantastic LensCrafters experience thanks to Liz! I love LensCrafters as a decades long customer.
