I ordered Serengeti Maestrale and received the wrong sunglasses. I've called and emailed for over a week and got no reply. Buyer beware.

We were going to drive by the Sanibel Outlets on the way home, so we made a stop to take a look. We had originally wanted to find a pair that would work for around $100. However, we weren't finding a good fit that also suited my husband. We eventually found a $200 pair that he liked and fit well. The optician working had been following our progress and quickly went to get them from the storage area. She then asked my husband to choose a case. The only sale and/or offer was $50 off when you buy two pair of sunglasses. This didn't tempt us at all. We asked if there were any offers for buying one pair and were told "no." We thought about it and decided to get them anyway. This is when things went W-R-O-N-G. She put the sunglasses on my husband's face to check for any needed adjustments. Right away, my husband told her to wait. He said they didn't seem right. In taking them off, he saw they weren't the correct sunglasses. The optician seemed neither surprised NOR apologetic. She kind of shrugged it off and said, "The nose piece is different." He then pointed out all the things that were different between the ones he picked out and the ones she had brought him to purchase, including the side piece fit and the material with which they were made. The optician seemed annoyed and then said, "Well, we don't have any new ones like that, so you can have this one" (indicating the display sunglasses). NOTE: SHE KNEW THIS WITHOUT GOING TO LOOK. My husband quickly told her that he didn't want to buy the display that had been tried on by everyone. The optician then said, "Oh, that's just some make-up or dirt." Are you kidding me?!? Strike One: No deal for buying one pair of sunglasses. Not insurmountable. If given my husband's choice in new condition, we could have left happy. Strike Two: Knowingly trying to pawn off sunglasses that were not the same as the set my husband picked out. Sorry - being the same color and brand aren't enough. Strike Three: Trying to send us home with the display sunglasses (and not even offering to clean them). Game Over. We couldn't get OUT OF THERE fast enough.

The building to the rear is anchored by a Publix supermarket, liquor store, nail salon, hair salon, Chinese restaurant and more. The parking lot is in excellent condition with lots of landscaping for shade. Remember, it's gonna get hot here in Southwest Florida! I enjoyed my visit here. Twice! If you're a runner they do have a small pathway within the community which is about 0.56 meters in length, I would run for miles around it which was convenient because I didn't have to drive anywhere for a run. When it came to maintenance, they were pretty on point with getting stuff done and if you felt like things weren't being done management is super friendly and can answer any questions or settle any worries. The gym is pretty nice but it's missing the one thing almost every apartment gym is missing, a free bar and squat rack. Regardless, it's one of the better gyms for sure. The pool is very nice, though I never used it but hearing from others, it was nice. They have 2 different package rooms, depending on where you live you're assigned to one, my suggestion is for them to have it maintained semi-regularly because .. it needs it for sure. Lastly, huge shout out to the staff, Michelle (both of them), Leslie, Jasmin, Natalie they're all awesome and was probably the highlight of my living experience.

I researched aggressively and read all of the reviews on Yelp. I had an excellent experience with the optician I saw (Kari). They technically work for a separate company, but they are inside each of the stores, I was at the Ft. Myers store. I was very pleased with the price (buy one, get one free). Best of all the glasses are the best I've ever had (and I've worn glasses for 51 years)!! I will definitely go back again. They insist that you Must see their optometrist. The frames fall apart (both of them, with lenses falling out and dropping to the ground). No credit given for their mistake (wrong lenses!!! Seriously!!!) to the tune of over $150. Temples loosen or tighten at seemingly random intervals, requiring yet More Return Visits to this shop of horrors. The Brand Names are in fact Knock Offs, but you can't tell from the prices (yes, I checked with Ray Ban). In over 45 years of wearing glasses I have never had so many problems with both pairs of glasses in less than a few months time, or ever, actually. This place is so shady! Everyone needs to absolutely Not Buy Anything From This Store! What a joke this place is!
