Yesterday i bought myself a pair of the meta ai glasses. not even a few hours later they broke. i bought the warranty because i don't trust myself. I went back to the same place i got them from and was expecting to pay the $100 cover fee to get a new pair. The young lady who was working was amazing, she was polite and super friendly. She understood what happened and she was able to avoid the $100 fee. Her name was Aliya, according to my recipt. I wish i could do more than just leave a review here. she deserves a raise! read more

Worst sunglasses hut in the country! A fat old (smells like cigarettes) manager asked me to leave the store! I am a 47 year old mom of two who normally does not get kicked out of places!! I lost my brand new sunglasses and I called the store to see if they were left in the store. The fat lady with the tattoos told me to come to the store and we will "figure it out" Naturally, I went in cuz I genuinely thought she wanted to help. When I got there her tone was TOTALLY different than it was on the phone l! She was extremely confrontational and got close enough to my face that I can smell her nasty breath! Her behavior was something u would watch on tasteless reality tv shows! She said she has me recorded so I asked to see it, when I got close to her she snatched the phone and told me to back away from her! She said that she didn't want me to see any of her personal information! It was extremely dramatic, and very uncalled for, but I did what she asked me to do because I was trying to de escalate the ridiculous scenario! I finally reached a district manager (weeks later)and he wasn't much help! Long story short, STAY AWAY from this store! Please use virtual try on and order directly from the designer! I did that! I now have my dolce's without stopping to low class behavior. Long story short: PLEASE purchase high end single directly from the maker! I FINALLY was able to get the sunglasses I went DIRECTLY to D n G!, and purchased same exact pair of sunglasses from there! Unfortunately, I paid a little more, BUT it was well worth it, AND I am certain that I have an authentic pair of glasses! This nightmare began early in the summer and I just now received my sunglasses, BUT on the upside, I KNOW that I got an authentic pair AND I didn't have to deal with this classless store manager. ALSO, there is MUCH more to choose from when you purchase directly online from the designer. read more

Came here for a new pair of sunglasses and the sales people were really great. They were friendly and helpful. We were also carrying some larger packages and offered to keep watch on it at the register, since it was an awkward box to hold and try on glasses at the same time. The prices and selection is really great and the return and maintenance policy, is a great add on. read more

Return 90 days changed to 30 day return and also they find anyways to avoid this policy. So make sure before buying that return policy may not work after all. read more

I just purchased a pair of sunglasses from there and I must say the service I received was awesome. I worked with Jessica. She was very patient with me and showed me probably 40 different pairs of sunglasses. Jessica made the shopping experience very pleasant and made sure I found the right pair of sunglasses. Entered the store July 18, 2017 For a purchase I was unsatisfied with. I walk to the cash wrap & began to work with an associate Jessica. I asked her to please look up my purchase history due to misplacing the receipt. After asking for my information Jessica was unable to find my purchase & told me, The last time I shopped with sunglass hut was over two years ago. If you're not part of the solution you're part of the problem! Jessica was not willing to call customer service or to call the store I purchased it from. I showed her my bank account in which the day I purchased on. When I asked for the customer service number she was extremely sarcastic & still I willing to do anything to help with the problem. I called customer service and they were able to see the transaction number with no problem. I had the gentleman on the phone call the store. When I reentered the store she did not want to deal with me. Thus she made the other associate take care of me. Jessica told me that I spelled my name wrong. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience or the misunderstanding, shes pointing the finger at me the customer? In the end I did get my money back but I strongly believe sunglass hut should train there associates in customer service. If associates are unable to meet the demands then a career change would be ideal. Thank you! read more

i walked in with my boyfriend just browsing, and the two girls were so helpful. although we didnt leave with a new pair, they did adjust his sunglasses free of charge. will definitely go back as soon as we're due for a pair! i dont know who the manager is but they both deserve raises. read more
