Ended up paying $98 for replacement lenses, was told I had to wait a week for them to arrive to their store. Indeed, a week later I got a call saying they arrived and to come in. Sent my husband inside to get my glasses, out came a completely different lens in my Sutro's. I originally had purple lenses, they replaced them with a red lens with a worse light transmission than me original (what I purchased) pair did. I got on the phone with them immediately and told them that was completely unacceptable and they needed to order my original pair asap. They said it would take another week, a week later I got a call saying to come in and I did. The man working didn't know how to take out the lens and replace them. He was struggling and handling the frame with such strength I was afraid he was going to break them. He asked me if I could wait for him to watch a YouTube video on how to remove them. He did, then replaced them. I left. Noticed that it still wasn't my original lens, but the most important part- he chipped my frame and that the lens was also chipped. ABSOLUTELY saddened by this. My frame is broken/chipped. My lens isn't correct and also chipped. Trying to get ahold of Sunglass Hut but they are making it difficult. Do not go here.
