I love this place. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I came in with a prescription in 2022 and Hoan helped me find the right glasses and went over all the options in detail. He is very meticulous (probably comes from his background as a lawyer) and good at what he does. He realized my insurance would cover two pair of glasses, so I got the two I liked most. I returned in May of 2026 with a new prescription. Hoan remembered exactly who I was and once again helped me pick out two perfect pair of glasses. I won't go anywhere else for glasses. read more

The person who is calling people to confirm appointments could use some retraining. Three weeks after my initial appointment request I finally got the confirmation call. Well, actually, I got ELEVEN calls, over several hours, but no one ever left a VM. I finally started answering the calls out of curiosity and no one would respond on the line each time I answered. I searched the number and determined it was this place and called them back. The lady was rude and said "I certainly haven't called you many times today maybe somebody spoofed our number and has been calling you from that". Highly unlikely since you admitted you were trying to confirm my appointment. So someone just happened to spoof your number and call me on the VERY SAME day you were trying to confirm my appointment?? Come on, Just apologize or admit you were having technical difficulties? She was unbelievably rude and so I chose to just cancel the appointment instead. read more

I came here because of the rave reviews of fellow yelpers. And I'm happy to say I agree with the rating. They deserve a 5 star, and rightfully so. Dr. Tran is very VERY thorough with the checkup. This is my first eye checkup and I'm not even looking forward to wearing glasses. But my eyes does need help now that reading has been getting harder with the blurs. And I'm a voracious reader! She did NOT try to up sell me with anything. She would've easily recommended the most expensive option but she didn't. And I gave her free reign on what she would highly recommend. I was anticipating that she will try to sell me up with the more expensive glasses, but she didn't. That tells me INTEGRITY. And that's a value that's been lost in so many businesses and medical service providers! I also got 20% off on the glasses. I'm overall very pleased with my first eye check up. She didn't rush me or anything. I like thoroughness and she delivered. She explained every little thing that she's doing during the checkup and also explained the concerns so I'm informed. I'm not one who cares much for visits to get poked, prodded or examined, but I have to say, I thoroughly enjoyed Dr. Thu's constant explanation of all that she was doing. She explained and gave her analysis while going through the many aspects of the exam, then was very easy to talk to about any questions or concerns that I had regarding contacts. (I'd never worn them before.) She thought maybe I'd need a prescription, but in the end, recommended that I skip it, which cost me less at checkout. The thing that drew me in here was the price and I have to tell you, that coupled with her friendly staff and down-to-earth communication skills, will keep me going back. Dr. Thu gave a thorough exam, testing things I never was tested before at other clinics, such as: color blindness, depth perception, peripheral vision, optic nerve screen, dry eyes, and some others I may have forgotten. Some other tests that were done that were pretty standard to me were glaucoma screen, macular degeneration, and others. Dr. Thu also uses the latest in technology for testing, gone are the old days of a puff of air blowing into your eyes. Throughout the screening, Dr. Thu also informed and explained what she was doing, so I was never kept in a quiet room and guessing what is this lady doing to me -something I always see doctors do is come in and do a bunch of tests while I'm wondering what they are doing to me. She also made sure she explained what all these big medical terms mean, so again, as a normal consumer, I understood what these diseases were. The Optician was also very friendly, she helped me pick out the frames that fit my face and helped me narrow down from 5 choices. I went with the practical flexible frames because I have a 19 month old that likes to take my glasses of my face and play with them. When my glasses were ready for pickup, she made sure they fit my face and made final adjustments while I was waiting, and my glasses never fit this well! Dr. Thu also keeping up with social media and uses multiple forms of communication to ensure we remember our appointment dates and to ensure we know when our glasses arrive -email, text, phone call. My daughter had found a frame at a different location (not covered by my insurance) that she liked. This place did not carry the frame but they contacted their lab and did a special order for us.
