We spent a good while chatting as she wanted to know my lifestyle. I asked her to bring me some samples of frames that she thought would work for me. She was very attentive and patient as I tried and retried different pairs of glasses. Because she was paying attention during our chat, she remembered everything and found the PERFECT pair of glasses. I actually bought two pairs because I needed glasses for just computer work. I was notified when they were ready and made an appointment to come in and check them out. Again, she spent time with me to perfectly adjust each pair. I couldn't be happier with these glasses. The lenses are of a much higher quality than what you'd get at Lenscrafters, and it's really noticeable in the clarity of the glass. I tend to be a little rough on my glasses, but they have been perfectly fine, and extremely comfortable. The prices are a little bit higher, but with the attention to detail and the overall quality of the glasses is sooo worth it! You get what you paid for. I will gladly return for my next pair!

I had seen LensCrafters on my way down Rockville Pike, on Rose Avenue. It is a brand new store and I decided to give them a try. As, soon as I walked in Ifty asked me if he could help me? I showed him my damaged glasses and he offered to repair them. I should mention that I had previously bought my glasses from another LensCrafter's. I browsed around and was impressed by the selection of glasses and lots of staff members available to help customers. LensCrafter's has really redesigned their stores to be plush and comfortable. Six minutes later, Ifty brought me my glasses all fixed and looking good. I promised to come back after my next eye doctor appointment and get my new glasses there. She is grounded and helpful and makes the tasks of finding a perfect bra for you her goal! From a customer/employee standpoint she can "read the room" and really gives you whatever services style you desire. The first time i met her I wanted to be in/out and didn't even wanna explore and she was helpful and made it fast, then this time i had more time and i loved that she listened to how I wanted the bra to feel/fit and she had me try on a few to see what i was working with and then said Ill be back and had 4 perfect options for me! She wasn't pushy or overbearing , she asked permission to help me adjust into my bra properly (i have a very full bust) and as some who dreads bra shopping with a large chest she made me feel seen and comfortable. I came in late April for an exam, and it felt extremely rushed -- to the point I don't remember the Dr's name. Then, I ordered my frames and I was told I would get a text when they were ready. I literally received nothing! They, then, gave me a very small case for a pair of $250 Longchamp sunglasses and the sunglasses became bent in the case due to the shape and size of the case( before I even got to wear them). I went to get the sunglasses fixed, and the young man working was too busy trying to flirt with me that my glasses are still fairly crooked. Completely unprofessional!!!!! I am super unhappy with this experience, overall, and I will be sticking with Warby Parker in the future.
