When they finally arrived nearly a month later, my distance vision was blurry. I was told to "adjust" to them, but they were never correct. At a follow-up, I was informed I'd need another copay for an issue already addressed. A second doctor later confirmed the original lenses were wrong. Then came six more weeks of no communication, I had to repeatedly call just to get answers. After 98 days, I finally received revised glasses, and two days later a screw fell out of the frame. Poor communication, incorrect lenses, billing confusion, long delays, and defective frames made this one of the most stressful medical service experiences I've had. I cannot recommend them.

It was so obvious that they should have seen it before I had to come in & then wait 2 weeks to get a replacement. I now go for the doctor but buy from elsewhere. TriCity Eyes customer service is night & day BETTER. and way more affordable. Center Vision definitely got some work to do.

I was immediately helped by a gal named Stephanie. She was very kind and thorough in helping me find a pair of glasses that looked good and fit well. We found a great pair! And, I was able to get to a second pair for free! Now I have two pairs of glasses for the price of one! What's even better? They said that my glasses would be done within an hour and to expect a text when they were ready. I received a text 13 minutes later! Both pairs of glasses were ready for pick up in less than 20 minutes. I will definitely go through them again!
