When their computer system would allow everything to transact the way I wanted, she came up with a story that these were not the glasses they sold me, that they were counterfeit in some way and refused to help me. I can prove that these are the exact glasses that were sold to me because they are AI glasses and have a usage history that links back to just minutes after I bought them.

She excused herself to help them, which was OK as we were looking, but then as more people started coming in the store, she was not coming back to help us.. at the point where there were four other customers besides us in the store, my husband asked her to come back and help us and with an attitude she said that there were other people in the store to help. We told her that we were there first and her reply was well. I can't ignore everyone else.. we replied well you're ignoring us and we were here first at that point she told us to get out of the store and to come back when someone else was there.
