Stopped in here today just planning to browse. Tristan the salesperson was AMAZING. He was so…read morepersonable and let me try on every pair of Tiffany's co sunglasses I wanted (which is so annoying probably bc of COVID and he had to disinfect everyone I touched) and even gave me his opinions. He wasn't pushy or annoyed that I kept trying on so many. He made my experience AMAZING!!! Love my new sunglasses!

Randomly stopped into the store today. Once again I found myself without any sunglasses…read more I explained to Jordan that I frequently lost or broke my cheap sunglasses and was considering something more expensive. I told him typically they got broken vs being lost. He suggested a couple of different brands that had excellent warranties. Eventually I settled on the Native brand. I bought the sunglasses and let Jordan know I would double check the warranty he was quoting after I got home. I also asked about the price and he quoted that they could only sell at MSRP as would all authorized resellers. I checked both and found he was right about how they warranty their products but not about the price. I could have saved $30 on Amazon (Amazon as the seller) and would have the full warranty from Native. Was he mistaken about selling at MSRP or was he just trying to make the sale? I suspect that he was trying to make the sale. Ultimately, I'm happy with the sunglasses and Jordan did listen to what I wanted and was extremely helpful without being pushy. BUT, the price thing stops me from giving a 5 star rating. Would I buy from them again... yes but only if the price was more competitive.
