She was patient with me while I tried on nearly every frame they had, helping me find just the right glasses. I was equally impressed with her when I picked my glasses up. Then, when that information got worse i called to make an appointment or see if they could write me a stronger prescription eye drop for my condition. Instead of telling me they couldn't write a prescription without an appointment they had me wait, and wait, and wait for a call back i was told i would get but never came. I called several times, and finally got my answer. So now my condition is worsening and I have wasted time I could've spent making an appointment else where. I have no issue with there not being time for an appointment, but to not respect my time and condition is disappointing. Will not be returning.

I was not informed beforehand that discount cards were not accepted. I only found this out after my eye exam, which was frustrating and left me feeling like I had not been given all of the information I needed to make an informed decision about the cost. Especially, upon arrival I inquired of this more than once. I was also not told that the doctor would not be physically present in the office. The exam was conducted remotely, and there was noticeable background noise from children/others while the doctor was apparently conducting the appointment from home. For an eye exam that cost $120, I expected a more professional and controlled environment. Not to mention they didn't have trial pair of contacts like most other establishments I have utilized in the past. Had I known ahead of time that the doctor would be conducting the exam remotely, that discount cards would not be accepted, no trial pair of contacts were not available and what the experience would overall entailed, I would have definitely opted to cancel and go elsewhere before proceeding. My main concern is the lack of transparency. Customers should be given this information before the appointment and before being charged $120. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and does a better job communicating these details to patients upfront.

I was greeted quickly and as soon as someone was available assisted to find quite a few pairs of frames that I liked. She was very helpful with assisting me with what styles and colors would look good with my face and coloring and I actually found about 3-4 good fits to choose from. I may even go back at a later date to get a prescription pair of sunglasses. I certainly will give them my business when I am in need of a new prescription too.
