I've called at least once a week and just keep getting the run around. They keep saying the lab "lost them" I've yet to receive any information about a refund or when the glasses will be reordered or whatever. Meanwhile, my daughter asks almost daily about when her glasses will be here. This is not only theft, but insurance fraud. If you plan on ordering glasses I urge you to go through somewhere else.
