I went in because I had known my prescription had changed considering everything was getting more blurry and I couldn't see road signs, etc. I have since gone to a different doctor who said that prescription wasn't right and gave me the correct prescription. Anyway, I came here...the crew here listened to my plight and was very supportive. I felt heard and just knew that I would walk away with glasses that helped me see. They have a great selection of glasses and will spend as much time as you like looking at them to find your perfect fit. Speaking of, when the glasses come in they will make sure that they fit you properly, give you some special eye glass cleaner that is really good and they tell you that you can come back any time to tighten the glasses. When spending around $200 for a pair of sunglasses before then lenses seems like a good idea. They said the lenses were not included with the sun glass frames. Long story short, they charge for the frames and lenses then didn't want to provide the lenses. Had to utilize the BBB to get the original lenses. The eye exams and doctors are good but the sales and sales service should be used with caution.
