There was no effort to discuss options, no attempt to find a safe path forward, just a blanket refusal based on a past circumstance I had already addressed. The outcome is exactly what any responsible provider should want to avoid: I left without updated lenses and am still using old ones. Being honest about a prior hardship resulted in being denied care, which is both dismissive and counterproductive to patient health. I would strongly caution others about this experience. I could not recommend this doctor under any circumstances!

Bill in the eyeglass department was great and the younger blond woman at the front desk but she eventually left. Then we tried the Watson location since it was a bit closer to our new home. This was a very different experience: the office staff not as friendly or personable. Chloe was terrific but wasn't always at this location. It just keeps going down hill here, unfortunately. It boggles the mind that they keep the same front desk staff who refuse to smile and don't look or act like they want to be there. It's all gloom & doom in there now. We would sometimes go back to the RH location, but it wasn't the same either.
