I was told that the glasses were being coated and might be ready within a week. On 8/28, I received a call saying that the district manager had been contacted to resolve the delivery problem. On 9/4, I was told that the order had been resubmitted by the regional manager and that the next delivery estimate was 9/11. I was also told that the order was properly re-entered on 9/28 but there was no explanation of what caused the delay. The staff at the Old Saybrook branch are consistently polite but they are clearly at the mercy of poor information management at the lab producing the glasses. Why didn't the lab contact the branch when the initial order failed? And why did it take the intervention of district or regional management to resolve this problem?

A place that takes…read more care of your eyeballs I am the biggest wimp in the world when it comes to eye exams. I' not sure why but just the thought of someone poking around my eyes makes me what to loose my lunch. I've have broken bones, severe burns and all kinds of other cool injuries that never bothered me but I can't stand anything around my eyes. Dr Ostrom knows that I'm a big poltroon when it comes to eye exams and he goes out of his way to be gentle and reassuring. He does a through exam and explains everything but tries to minimize the gross eyeball details. The office also has a fine selection of spectacles and the entire staff are also very pleasant and friendly. They take the time to make sure you get the glasses or contacts you need and want. For me eye exams rank somewhere between root canals and colonoscopies. Things that might be necessary but not something to look forward too. We now live several hours away from Dr Ostrom but both my wife and I still drive out to Clinton for our eyeball exams. It's definitely worth the effort.

Put me down for not having experience even though I read online that's the type of people that they hire. If you're a new Pharmacy Technician don't go there he will go out of his way to degrade you and put you down too. Like I've said before the company needs to retrain there managers on how to hire people. Seriously though he said he had a lot more applicants to interview if you're a brand new Pharmacy Technician with no experience do not go to the interview you will regret it trust me.
