I am really upset with these guys! I had a great appointment with a new eye doctor who was so…read morecaring and great. He really helped me with suggestions for my dry eyes. Sadly, the prescription that I use for my dry eyes is VERY expensive ($250) but the eye drs always write up the prior authorization so the insurance will pay. Well, I called FIVE times last week and left messages bc no one was calling back. They ignored my calls every time. I spoke to Miranda who could have cared LESS! I did MY job, I made the appointment and showed up on time and paid my bill. This office has NO CARE to do THEIR job-to return a phone call and fill out the paperwork! I am so disheartened and frustrated! If there was ONE light at the end of the tunnel, I was able to get a hold of a different office in Deep River. There is a LOVELY lady named Donna who actually answered the phone (shocker) and called CVS and called me back to follow up. The problem still is not solved, but having someone in the office that gets back to me is a huge win. I am hoping to get this problem solved. :(

When I flinched and told him it hurt, he told me to "get back here" and said it didn't hurt (as if he would know). I found this to be rude and completely uncalled for. After purchasing an $1100 pair of glasses and told they were ready for puck up, he had no time for me. I waited 15 minutes, asked if he could make a minor adjustment for size and he said no, he was too busy, I should take a seat and wait. It was not so much WHAT he said, but the way in which he quickly dispatched me which O found offensive. I rarely, if ever, write reviews like this, BTW. Very disappointing. Then she said she didn't need to speak to me, which I am on her HIPAA because she can't coordinate her care on her own, to have my 79 yo almost blind mother call her back because she did not need me yelling at her. This was after I told her she could not see well enough to do that. She happened to be on speaker phone and my daughter an RN was listening as well as my Mom were present. We are both in healthcare and at no time was I yelling at her. She was raising her voice to me clearly not wanting to assist us. I still can't fathom what she did to me.
