Relax and go to your tub Cold plunge treatments are so good for your body. They are a little uncomfortable your first time. But if you can repeat it a couple times, you'll get the most out of your experience! 90 minutes doesn't seem like a long time as it goes by fast... so enjoy the relaxation, enjoy the zen, and just appreciate the view and take it all in as it's been yet again, just what I needed! The pools were a bit close together so great if you have a larger group and want to socialize. Book the private tun for a bit more money if you want privacy. However people were respectful overall and voices were kept low. The only downside was the lack of bathroom facilities. On our floor there were 12 people using 2- 2 shower bathrooms. We only did the soak and I would do other services in the future. The parking situation is on the street and I'm off times it's free for 2 hours. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely be back when we are in town. Services requested were as expected.

We get a decent amount of massages that range from quick and cheap, hole in the wall places to Massage Envy to higher end spas, and this was by far my favorite bed. As for the service, we each got 110 minute massages, and left the rooms in absolute heaven. Perfect pressure, great flow and technique. It's rare that we both have ecstatic reviews of our therapists, and this was one of those rare instances. I really wish I remembered both of our massage therapists' names... I've had a lot of so-so to acceptable but no one really stellar. Jennifer is very competent and her room is well decorated. I've only had two massages with her so far and frankly it does take a few massages while the therapist and client learn about each other and get comfortable. Interestingly enough while I was trying to find a replacement for my 37 year retired therapist I went to a highly recommended by two different Physical Therapists and found that one was expensive but more importantly not all that good. Jennifer seems to know her craft and is pleasant to talk to.

So the right thing in our mind is to let them know, regardless of the late notice. Understanding that this is a business I totally understand and felt like us explaining that we were sick, we were still wanting to let them know because we don't want to spread it. We were still charged the 50% for even letting them know, which I would think is an emergency. Now come to think of it, the only solution I felt like I could have happened was to just come in there sick with COVID without being transparent. It was also seeming like we HAD to reschedule or they would charge our card for the full amount. There was no consideration, customer service, or understanding at all regarding being sick. In addition, I wish there was a way if I schedule a full hour massage and I am running late (with communication) to get a massage for the remaining 45 mins isn't used? And I want to make it clear I understand being late or sick with COVID isn't anyones fault, but just wanted a little of consideration.
