I stayed here over the summer with my co-workers for an artists residency at Green Mountain Falls. Not only was the space clean and well kept for everyone, Scott and Brandon were extremely helpful and attentive to any concerns, needs, wants, and inquiries. I personally was not impressed at all with this local Inn. I don't know what I was expecting but this wasn't it. Was it clean? Yeah in my casita type converted garage type room. It was clean but I felt the entire place was a free for all. I am not a big group type person and was kind of retreated and stuck in my room. Then the main house is huge and beautiful but the community rooms were messy- the kitchen was just gross in the middle of the day. There was a vending machine but the one breakfast offered was NOT at an appropriate time for me or my daughter. I eat before 8am and I could have made it until 9 am but the cooking wasn't even started and the kitchen was still trashed by 10 am the next morning. There was still a stinky pizza box on the counter when I was looking for a cup of coffee and we had left to eat every single time so we had eaten by the time the breakfast was being started and the guy cooking (NOT THE REGULAR CHEF) wasn't even started by 9:30 and honestly looked hung over as heck. I do not feel I got a $300 experience at all. It felt like I went to a big house party and paid too much to be there. I could have had a better time at a private air BnB where I had to cook and clean myself. I am not exaggerating even a little this was a horrible experience for me and even if they offered me a free stay there another time I would absolutely decline to do so. The whole thing taught me that I am not a bed and breakfast type person unless breakfast is before 8am and the people running the place are WAY MORE TIDY; (at least having coffee made earlier than 8am); I didn't enjoy my stay the way I had hoped I would and it wasn't comfortable enough to lounge at for me. I thought it would be great for my service dog also and he didn't mind the festival going on but this place isn't designed to have a festival. There isn't enough space. Other people were just hanging out everywhere also smoking cigs. Yuck! I am fine with. Cannabis anything but cigarettes in my breathing air is not ok with me. Ever. So if I have to smell that I will not be pleased. It could prossibly be better on a weekend when there isn't anything extra happening. The event was a complete joke but that absolutely wasn't because of the Inn or any of the Inn staff but it ruined my experience. In fact I spent all day in Manitou not at the festival. The town is amazing and fun it was the best part of our trip being anywhere but our room. NOTICE: I did get to meet the regular chef from the Inn he was kind and friendly but definitely frustrated himself over it all. So, I am sorry I have to leave this review but it absolutely is not some place I would recommend now. It really was filthy in the main house. I wish I had been there when the regular staff was in charge. I had a better stay at the La Quinta in Pueblo on the way to Manitou and that isn't much so hand up I have to be honest and this was my real experience. There are no pictures of my room or the house because like I said I was not even impressed enough to take one. Not even one. This place is amazing!! I couldn't recommend it higher ... no pun intended. If you're sick of trying to figure out where to consume when you're staying at a hotel in Manitou Springs, this is your place. Totally friendly vibe. Chef Mickey is TERRIFIC. They were extremely accommodating to us when we had to extend our reservations. The back yard is lovely. And I enjoyed being able to walk over to Sun Water Spa and also just walk through the park and down to the river a couple times a day with the dogs. read more

This is the 3rd time we stayed here. It was definitely not up to par. When I made my reservation I noted our food allergies and asked for a special dinner. I never heard back from management to arrange a dinner. Thank goodness for that, because the new chef didn't seem to understand our allergies. I have celiac disease and I watched the chef put my bread in a community (contaminated) toaster. I would have been so sick, maybe even ended up in the hospital. Besides issues with our allergies, we also found a dirty rag left on our shower rod in our bathroom, which made us feel less than confident that the room had been thoroughly cleaned. For the money this place costs I would NOT recommend. read more

Spent my anniversary here with my wife and the place and staff were super accommodating. They adjusted meals to accommodate my wife's Gluten allergy. The other guests were also our kind of people as it is a 420 friendly place. Had messages and the on site private Chef prepare a dinner. EXCELLENT ! Location was also ideal to walk to downtown. This will be the only business that will ever receive a 3-star review from me that really deserves less than zero, and the 3 stars are for the 3 people at Innhale that made us feel welcomed and comfortable, and that is Coco, Mawk (from Boston :), and Mitch. NOT the owner Scott, however, he is a liar, terrible communicator and possibly racist. I am taking the time to write this review for anyone that cares about being treated appropriately in the year of our Lord 2025. My fiancé and I chose this resort to celebrate my birthday. First, the night we were arriving, it was communicated to us that our room had been changed from the room I chose, when I asked why I was told that the owner chose to upgrade us in celebration of my birthday. Initially I was delighted until I arrived and the room we were given had a bathroom from the seventies, and the owner had moved into the room we chose, so it was no longer available. Ok...we'll try to make the best of this...then as we were given a walk through of the resort, the owner, Scott referred to us as COLOREDS, yes you read that correctly and showed us the watermelon in the fridge because he knew we liked that, you know cause we're COLORED. Now, I don't know this man, so I won't call him racist, but I will certainly say he is extremely ignorant and rude to make that kind of comment. My fiancé and I did not want to ruin our trip, by reacting to his stupidity and needing to find a new place to stay, we'd traveled from Atlanta; so again decided to grin and bear it. We made the most of the trip for the rest of the days we were there but it was made uncomfortable by this man's presence remaining there, he stayed for days even though he has a home close by. His energy, lack of communication, presence, and unprofessionalism will be the downfall of a place with so much potential. He will certainly be the reason we would NEVER return. First time visiting Colorado, found this little spot online didn't look like much but loved the fact you can smoke here. They made last minute birthday accommodations for me with no problem. The "house mom" even baked a delicious cake.Upon arrival THIS PLACE IS LIKE NO OTHER ! You have the KINDEST PEOPLE greatest you at the door ! It literally feels like you're at home. The nicest people stay here. There was brunch and 4/20 infused dinner EVERY DAY we were there.(not sure if they always do that) Literally could go on and on about this place . I can't say enough good things about this place! We visited during Christmas and I already can't wait to go back! Kelly and Scott, the hosts, could not have been more welcoming and hospitable. The food they cooked was phenomenal and they were so knowledgeable about the area and things to do. The house was beautiful and so fun to just hang out in. There's so much beauty nearby with garden of the gods, pikes peak, and the royal Gorge bridge so you can definitely enjoy a lot if you want to get out of the house. It was so nice to be around chill people and enjoy a few days in the beautiful mountains. Can't wait to return for another visit! read more

The accommodations are very nice, everything looks clean , staff is nice, Jen has been amazing however I have to say I've never been this let down. I haven't even stayed yet, and I'm feeling like I wanted money. I am ablunt smoker, I smoke nothing else. Upon arrival I found out blunts were only allowed outside(its 27degrees here currently) I felt belittled honestly, I felt so stupid for not knowing. I've been searching for about 15 minutes now I've been on their website my confirmation email their Facebook trying to find where it says no tobacco products is listed and have not found it. I'm almost positive had I known that I would've looked elsewhere because as stated I'm a blunt smoker. Was looking forward to celebrating my husband's birthday as well as my own but now it's basically just another hotel for us smoking in the car. Again everyone's been nice and the place is pretty this detail just took all the excitement out of it for me. Refunds were offered however I paid 3rd party so it will be a few days to process. I also didn't bring a card with a big enough limit to go elsewhere and be able to do anything. read more

Sitting at the dinner table here tonight I told everyone I had never felt the need to leave a review for a business so badly in my life. The INNhale bed and brunch should be what every single B&B strives to be. It's so "homey" feeling, I thought I had gone to the wrong address and just let myself into some strangers front door. We were quickly greeted, temperatures checked, mask policy explained along with a quick tour of the property and we were shown to our room, however there was a double booking issue which was handled instantly and effortlessly, I'm telling you every business could learn something from these people and their customer service. The rooms are fantastic. I want to cut the tag off the mattress so I can track one down for myself, the best night sleep I have had in a long time, you will not want to get out of these beds. And that's fine, because you don't need to leave this place, I have not found any food in Colorado that begins to compare to what you will eat right here. The atmosphere brings guests from all over, young and old together, and you make friends very quick. I would love to say that it is perfect, but they have some AWESOME plans in motion, they are perfecting perfection. Absolutely no complaints. 11/10. read more

What a fantastic new b&b in Manitou Springs! Great location right off the main drag, very clean rooms with plenty of pillows and modern bathrooms, and phenomenal hosts. The hospitality is spot-on and the gourmet brunches and infused dinners will *blow your mind* (in more ways than one).
