No hand lotion massage, the gel is too raised and uneven and not all the way to my cuticle. It tips of my nails weren't painted and there's bubbles in my nails. I called them when I got home and they had me come back, but all she did was put alittle paint on them and top coat. No manager approached me or asked if I was satisfied. She made me bleed on two different fingers and managed to cut my nail so short it only hung on by the skin. The man who answered all my questions in a manner that wasn't rushed at all (whom I believe is the owner) was so pleasant. When I got there I quickly learned that the entire staff is that way! I couldn't have been happier since the last two salons (which are much closer to my house) were horrible experiences. The prices were unbeatable as well. I left the salon and accidentally left a very expensive piece of jewelry and one of the guys came racing out to my car to catch me to give it to me. Thank goodness for honest people!
