I can't thank you enough for the wonderful job you did on Pinot ! You always make him look great, and it's clear how much love and care you put into every visit. Your attention to detail and kind, patient approach means so much to us. We're so grateful to have found someone who treats our furry friend like family!Highly recommend Kyana and her business.

It's always a Sunny Day when your pup gets groomed here!

I highly recommend this groomer and will definitely be returning. They were incredibly fast, taking less than an hour! Thank you so much !!!!

PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE TAKING YOUR DOG HERE!!!…read more I brought my miniature poodle in for grooming. She had beautiful hair, and when I dropped her off, I was told she was slightly matted. The groomer specifically asked me if it was okay to shave her. I clearly said NO. I did not want her shaved. When I picked her up, I was shocked to discover that they had completely shaved her anyway, despite the fact that I had specifically told them not to. To make matters worse, I was also charged an additional $45 for "dematting." How do you charge me an extra dematting fee and then completely shave my dog? I was originally given one quote, and then ended up paying an additional charge for dematting after my dog was shaved. My issue is that I was ASKED for permission to shave her, I specifically said NO, and they proceeded to do exactly what I told them not to do and the make it worse, they charged me the extra fee to shave her completely. I never experience this with any groomer before and my dog has been getting groomed for over 8 years If the groomer determined that my dog could not safely be groomed without being shaved, I should have received a phone call. I would have gladly picked her up and taken her somewhere else. A groomer should never make that decision after an owner has specifically declined permission. Please think twice and make sure you are very clear about what you are agreeing to before leaving your dog here. Ask about every possible additional charge and make sure you understand what they plan to do to your dog because they will NOT follow your instructions. The owner Mauricio was rude and called me before the shaving and specifically texted the girl there and told the owner, I did not want my dog shaved. He then, got defensive and told me not to ever come back. This was before my dog was shaved, he then proceeded to let his staff shave my dog and make sure to charge me the extra amount. He quoted us the price when we arrived and saw my dog and then shaved my dog and charged me the extra fee to de matting . When he shaved my dog completely. I told him not to over the phone and I texted the girl there not to shave her, she read my text and completely ignored my instructions. Apparently I am not the only person they have done this to based on the reviews. This is very bad service and the owner is very rude and confrontational. I trusted this groomer with my miniature poodle and expected my instructions to be respected. Instead, I picked up a completely shaved dog and was charged an additional $45 for dematting on top of it. I am beyond disappointed with this experience and will absolutely not be returning. Please do not bring your dog here!!!!

I stopped in here today, I was mistaken and thought they were a full service groomer and when I…read moreasked the man behind the desk about their services he acted confused and then refused to tell me where the full service groomer, who is literally next door and who they share a parking lot with, was located. After I questioned how he could not know the ONE groomer downtown and on the same street as him he mentioned "there are nine dog groomers in this town" and when I questioned him again about the only groomer on Forest Ave he finally suggested it was "maybe next door, upstairs". I turned to leave and as I was walking away this man repeatedly called me a "f***ing b*tch" and made fun of my dogs appearance. Like, dude are you serious? My poodle is on a very strict diet and they had a seemingly decent selection of food and treats and I planned on dropping my dog off and going back to support another local business but I don't think I have ever met a less neighborly, more unfriendly person. Especially someone trying to save their newly acquired business. The fact this guy doesn't understand building rapport in the community he's trying to rebuild a business in shows really poor business management and very poor character. After reading other reviews I am very glad I didn't end up buying expired human grade dog food and treats for my Poodle but I can see why product would be expiring on their shelves. Also, the owner of the business I was looking for informed me he was contacted by the owner of this business and told to "watch out for me and my poodle". I literally just asked for help finding a neighboring business. That's it. A neighbor asking a neighbor for some help to support local businesses.

It's a small shop, but boasts a dog wash, high quality food, dog cookies and cakes as well as a large selection of scrumptious treats. Despite being a dog wash, the shop did not smell of dog and it was extremely clean. The employee in the shop was very friendly and helpful answering my questions about the treats. I came away with some Icelandic herring and some other fish-flavored treats. My dog loved them. Thank you so much!

Several dog owners recommended this place @Dog Tub in Laguna Beach, I'm so glad they did! The first thing I noticed was the setup: a step-up tub with a door that opens, which means no lifting a 95-lb dog. Huge win. There are only three tubs, so it's never overwhelmingly busy, and everything is clean and well organized. They offer a wide selection of shampoos, including some really high-quality options. I was told huskies love the mink oil shampoo, and they were absolutely right, Leo smelled amazing and his coat looked great. They also start you off with brushes and tools, including a super effective undercoat remover that worked wonders on Leo. The towel system, a microfiber shammy you slip your hands, genuinely absorbs water instead of just smearing it around. And the high-end dryer actually reached all the layers of Leo's thick coat. For the first time ever, he dried completely! From the moment you walk in, the owner, Angela, greets you with a big smile. The staff is warm, helpful, and clearly loves animals. They have everything you need, including specialty foods and products Angela personally recommends. They even walk around handing out treats, so your dog is happy the entire time. I will definitely be back!
