He's…read moreusually a pretty fussy boy, especially with nail trims, but they were able to get it done both times without overwhelming him or putting him in a bad place! All staff we've ever come into contact with have been INCREDIBLY nice. The building and waiting area is also very clean and nice. I've noticed at other groomers that there tends to be quite a bit of a smell, but have never noticed that here. They are super fast - both times took less than 90 minutes, but I never feel like they cut corners. He always gets a deshed and it's always done beautifully. Bonus points for the fact that every time my boy has gone in, he's come home with a bandana and a bowtie. Literally amazing. Thank you so much for existing in my area!!! Quinn already can't wait for his next spa day!

About a year ago my new(ish) puppy was having issues that were not showing up on vet exams etc. I went in one day & had a long visit with David & was extremely impressed. He suggested a different food for her & she's been 100% healthy since!! He only carries quality products (of all sorts) & is knowledgeable about every single one of them! It's a small shop, but boasts a dog wash, high quality food, dog cookies and cakes as well as a large selection of scrumptious treats. Despite being a dog wash, the shop did not smell of dog and it was extremely clean. The employee in the shop was very friendly and helpful answering my questions about the treats. It's not just a shop to her. The tubs are always spotless, the shampoos are high quality, and the dryers are strong enough to actually get your dog fully dry without it taking forever.
