Located right off of highway 101, I would consider it a must stop. It has great sandwiches. -Both premade and made to order. This place isn't cheap though. Just something to note. It's a cute country shop with a lot of flowers. If you're lucky you can grab a table outside, but they only have one or two so good luck. My only real complaint is that service is pretty dreadful. No one is stationed at the deli register in back. They're all just making sandwiches. So be prepared to stand there for a very very long time. We stopped here twice. One of our favorite local stores. We come here and to the vitamin shop monthly for their range of vitamins. We visit several times a week for some of our groceries. I will say that this place is pretty expensive, I get most of my groceries from food co-op in PT, they are almost purely organic and local, and significantly cheaper. But we live in sequim, and the customer service, meat/produce, garden and chicken feed is why we continue to shop. We have our favorite checkers, overall people are nice, the place is super cute, I love that during the warmer days they have the side panels open for a fresh breeze, and during the winter they have the wood stove going. It's not a regular groceries store, it's a farm stand/store, it has its quirks, and we love it. They have specialty products which are exciting, they raise their own beef, which we get parts of cow delivered to us, but when we're running low, this is our go to spot to stock up in between shipments. We love Sarah and one of the other young girls, they always talk with my son and ask about the games he's into. It feels homey. We appreciate their hard work and kindness, they make our shopping trips special. One time, while family was in town visiting, we stopped by for some produce, dairy and snacks, my family members card wasn't working at checkout and while checking us out, she told us to wait, ran to the back and paid our groceries! I still am in awe, I have so much love for her, she is the kindest soul, always asks how we are, has some of the cutest outfits on. She's just a joy. My only critiques would be the pricing on some things, like the raw milk for example. We tend to just go to the creamery and get the gallon for $10, vs like $17 here, which is wild to me, considering the proximity to the creamery. Food co-op I believe has it for less at $12, and further away. Just robbery! And not much of a selection of organic produce. I wish they would pull more organic produce from local farms, even conventional but from local farms. It seems like they get the generic produce that's shipped on big trucks from across the country. Being a small country store I really wish they would bring in more locally. Or they'll bring in stuff from Oregon, but it's like why? When we live in such a rural, farm community, support MORE local. Camped in Port Angeles and asked a local winery for a dining recommendation. This market was recommended. It's a very cool market that carries a variety of items. In the back of the market is a deli. They sell sandwiches, coffees and salads. Our first visit we ordered sandwiches. They were robust , delicious and filling! My friend bought the spicy tofu salad, sooo good. In our way out of town we stopped a second time. This time I bought a pizza triangle which was heated on the panini warmer. I got the vegetarian option...delicious. Prices are reasonable, the market is full of variety and had a rustic feel. This place is well worth a visit. It is definitely a local favorite. read more

Beware!!! Their "fresh" corn on the cob is not fresh. I don't know how long it was sitting around but their corn is certainly not fresh. Who do they think they are fooling? I get home. I want to have "fresh" corn for dinner and peal back the silk and guess what???? The ears are all dried up. Okay....now....I question whether produce they advertise as fresh is really fresh????? I don't think so. I just gave Zak an earful but is he really responsible for the produce he is forced to put on the shelf? I don't think so. I will never buy their corn ever again. Good place! ALWAYS a stop when on the peninsula ! great selection of veggies, good meat department! over all perfect for gathering up goodies when headed to friend's home for overnight visit! We cook for them when we visit. That said, we give yelp 1 star for seeming attempts to force down load of app for full use while using smart phone. When we went to the 'more' prompt to see the rest of reviews for places we might like to visit we get a box saying something to the affect of download app for more. We don't use apps - cept ones we keep that come with the phone. We delete the phone apps we won't use and hide the ones that don't allow deleting. - Digital world . At least we can GIVE reviews when on phone. If there is a way to override the prompt to download app, we don't know what that is but want to. read more

I buy most of my groceries at Sunny Farms. I especially love their fresh vegetables and the fresh meat selection. But the quality of the prepared sandwiches and wraps varies wildly. Today, I picked up a prepackaged chicken and cilantro wrap from the refrigerated unit next to the deli. Without a doubt, this was the worst wrap I have ever purchased. There was about a cup of dried crumbly Parmesan cheese with tiny flakes of what might have been chicken scraps, but the only thing I could taste was the cheese. There were a few sprigs of limp, tough spinach, but not a hint of cilantro. There was no mayo or sauce it, so when It took the first bite the crumbly Parmesan poured out, all over my shirt and onto my lap. I turned the wrap upside down and the crumbly Parmesan just poured out, leaving the limp spinach inside the wrap. I threw it away. Come on--this is like a dirty trick. The person who made that wrap--knowing that it was for sale--must hate people and was venting their anger on unsuspecting customers. I hope the manager sees this and looks into whoever it is it's making those wraps. They either need some more training or they need to be fired. read more

The quality of their food is good. Decent selection of local. The prices reflect that. The ambiance is "country store"...very sturdy. The real problem is the people who work there. I can't recall a single interaction with an employee over the years that I would say was positive. I go back, because I want to support local businesses, but each time I leave saying, "never again!" I bought a handmade pizza, it said on the tag "$2.00 off taken at register". Unfortunately, the check out person couldn't be bothered with ensuring she took the $2.00 off. The service at Sunny farms is phenomenal. Everyone I have ever talked to went out of there way to help me. They lead me right to a product I cannot find, the people in the supplement area explain how the products work in depth and know why they should be used If I have further questions they will look things up on the computer and they will search for and order special things I need ( as long as their supplier has them). The cashiers are courteous and friendly, the deli staff are always quite busy and they too are friendly and eager to help. The meat and seafood department is always clean and the staff ready to help. I have been going to Sunny farms for six years and have never been disappointed or treated rudely. I feel that some of the bad reviews may be from those who walked in one time caught someone on a bad day and want to write off the whole store or at least that one person as awful. The place is always busy and I see regular customers there often just like myself. read more

This store is absolutely amazing. Every time we travel through Sequim we stop in. Their deli is expansive and reasonably priced. You can pick up sandwiches, soup, bagels, desserts, salads, pizzas, veggie trays, you name it! This is a perfect place to grab a meal on the go to take to a cabin or on a hike if you are traveling through the area. I imagine the people who live near the store are just as happy to have it for every day life. They had very nice looking produce and a lot of healthy and local brands. This is not a huge supermarket but it has everything you will need at reasonable prices. The employees are all very helpful and sweet as well. Sunny Farms is a great little market that has a sandwich shop and nursery connect. they have a good selection of fresh produce, a large meat counter, and extensive vitamin section. They also locally produced brands like "rainforest coffee" and rolls from "two spot bakery" The products tend to run in the healthy side, but reasonably priced (sometimes less per pound than thar big box store). This is my grocery store. They have most of what I need, including cheeses like Délice de Bourgogne, Pâtées. Also breads like Finn Crisp, German sliced bread, local Pane d'Amore organic bread ( though sold out by about noon). Their own farm products are very good. Beef and veggies from Eastern Washington ( Othello) are better than supermarkets. I was told a few years ago they can get for you what you would like. Like the organic choices. read more

I don't know whats going on as of late, seems the front of house manager is clueless. We have watched this store slowly deteriorate over the past year, it has accelerated over the past month or so. We spend $1500 a month at this store. We wont be doing that any more, country aire will be getting our business now. We do come on on the weekends to see our favorite cashier KC, she is always so friendly. Management needs to go!!! We will be telling all of our friends. Also, no brown paper bags at times. I have been shopping at Sunny Farms for nearly 30 years. Today I went in there with my 10-year-old pug, who is prone to having seizures and cannot safely be left alone. I had her in a wagon where she was safe and contained. (Yes. I realize she is not a service animal) I was soon approached by a very unfriendly young lady who asked me if my dog was a service animal, to which I replied no. I then tried to explain that she is prone to having seizures, but the young lady apparently didn't care because she quite rudely proceeded to tell me that my dog "would not be allowed in the store ever again." She could have conveyed the same message without being so rude. Needless to say I will never go shopping there again. read more

This store has a great selection! Reminds me of a smaller New Seasons with similar high quality products. We initially came here to grab sandwiches before visiting the Olympic Game Farm but ended up buying a few snacks as well. The original veggie and tuna salad sandwich were both great, except I made the mistake of leaving out mayo on the tuna, resulting in a somewhat dry sandwich - but that was on me. Let me say that I've been a loyal customer of Sunny Farms for many years and that is because of the high quality of produce but especially meat. I live in Port Townsend and shop in Sequim quite a bit. I go the extra mile or two for the local meat. Lately, I have say that the quality of meat has been disappointing but my last purchase of T-bone steaks was the worst. I had to leave about 70% of the steak as it was inedible due to grizzle. I even took a picture of the leftovers and partially chewed meat as I thought nobody would believe the amount of waste in a T-bone. This cost too much not to say anything. If they had an email, they would've received my piece of mind along with a grizzly image. Not happy - wont be back. read more

I love sunny farms. I drive half an hour from my home to go up there and get a few of my favorite items. However today an experience happened with a cashier named Shelly that makes me far less likely to be going back anytime soon. She insinuated that I was stealing something. By not having a basket with me when I went to check out and she insisted that I had one when I came into the store. I never get a basket when I go into Sunny farms, I carry everything in my arms. I even told her if you think I'm stealing something you can check my bag no problem and after I said that she dropped it but to insinuate something like that and to make me feel humiliated and embarrassed is not okay. Actually when I went out to my car I was in tears because it was so embarrassing and I felt so humiliated. With her tone and her attitude the whole experience was just awful. read more

Nice produce/health food store on 101 near Sequim. Stopped here with a group of friends because we were looking for something specific and Sunny's was recommended to us from another store that didn't have it, unfortunately Sunny's did not have what we were looking for either. They do seem to have a fairly good selection of produce, plants and natural food products. There was a very friendly associate in the supplements department. She was very kind and helpful. It was a pretty busy place on a Sunday afternoon. read more
