Shut this place down, stuck with a car for over 2 years and only made a fraction of the payment. It is in the shop every other day and no one can seem to fix the thing. SHUT THIS HELL HOLE DOWN!!! The secretary doesn't read any paperwork that tells you the real terms, just reads tiny parts (you can't even see the paperwork until after you sign, and it's a huge stack) So, you're signing your life away without really knowing. Bought a car for my 17-year-old and should have known it was too good to be true. Beautiful and clean car with reasonably low milage. Ran perfect for 2 weeks until it didn't. The extended warranty we bought on it because it was used, refuses to pay for any of the repairs needed and now we found out the manifold was essentially crazy glued together. It has been in the shop for over 2 months and besides the down payment and monthly payments we are now out another couple of grand. All this so our kid could have a safe and reliable car. Who does this? We are hardworking and just trying to do right. Would NOT ever recommend anyone dealing with this place. What a joke! read more

We needed a "new" used vehicle pretty quickly. We looked at dealers from Punta Gorda to Sarasota and couldn't find what we wanted. We drove a little bit farther to Bradenton and found the perfect vehicle at a fair price from Sunny Florida Cars. Matt was easy to work with, no pressure, very accommodating. We drove away in our 2007 Nissan Xterra, a little nervous because the last used car we bought didn't even make it home. But this one did. We took it to a mechanic the next day and he declared it to be in good condition. Follow up with Sheri was excellent. they basically sold me a piece of crap with a pretty bow on it. I purchased a 2010 Dodge Challenger in August of last year, within the first eight months I have dropped close to $3000 in repairs. none of which were covered by the warranty they told me I had to have. within 72 hours of purchasing this vehicle, I discovered my horn did not work( which is a safety feature in the state of Florida and all vehicles must have it) I was told several times I would receive a call back and never did so after a month of calling over a horn, I paid to have it fixed. Wasin those eight months I had had to fix - throttle body - The driveshaft( which I was informed by my mechanic would not just go out of nowhere) - an 02 sensor - A fuel line - A radiator( come to find out there was a leak in the current radiator but they decided to put some fix a leak in it) - A thermostat I had called several times beyond those eight months because a seal they had put on to stop a leak in my gas tank was no longer working and they informed me I would need to " call the store manager and talk to him the right way and maybe he might do something about it" they were not upfront with me about the warranty I was told I had to purchase. in fact I was told I could drop the coverage of the warranty after a year and my payment would go down.. Needless to say that is not the case at all, my warranty expired 6000 miles after purchase and my payment did not go down. if people wonder why the local auto salesman is not trusted and why many many people are still going to large corporate car dealership it is because at least with the corporate car dealership you know the BS you're getting up front and they're not promising you anything they don't plan to follow through on.. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances, as a matter fact I would not recommend this place to somebody I absolutely despise.. stay away from these vipers. read more

We got a Nissan Altima on October last year. We got the car in a desperate situation. As soon as we got the car, the glove box was broke and they didn't told us of course. They gave us the car exactly as it was. No maintaince at all: fuel almost empty, we have to changed the oil and filter, pads and air filter immediately. It's not been a year and the car started to have a lot of problems! Including mass air flow, the throttle bottle. Regardless, almost everything related we had to go to Nissan because the car turn on the codes and the only ones able to deal with that are they! They car broke two times in the highway already and had to call towing services. In conclusion, do not get a car from this dealership. Go somewhere else! read more

This was our experience. We took the F-350 we ended up purchasing on 2 separate test runs, they went well. We paid $27k hard earned cash for the truck!!! On the way home the second day the motor literally caught on fire. Unfortunately I cannot make this up. We contacted the dealership who would not return calls....until called from a unmarked number. I told the situation to Matt the GM, and he stated he would have a "technician he knows call me..."The truck is still out of service and we need it to work! The cost to repair is over $7k. Even though we paid cash we still have no tag and paperwork, and were not told of a loan on the vehicle that exists. Our first mistake was purchasing a truck here. The second mistake was not getting some type of warranty! The third mistake was not having the truck looked at first by a Ford Mechanic who knows this year and truck issues. This place is very shady! My husband wanted to purchase a vehicle from here and I handle the finances so I spoke to Matt in finance and he told me what was included, did not mention the warranty cost, the title transfer cost, nor the dealer cost. A $3,000 van cost us $6,000!!! Van broke down 2 weeks after purchase & needed a water pump!! Called warranty to get approval for warranty work and was told we had no warranty - the paperwork wasn't sent in! Then speaking to Matt, he tells me he called the DMV and title transfer would be $85 (Sunny FL Cars charge $150!!) so they overcharge you the title transfer fee!! Now to find out 2 months later, the title was never transferred and they need $150 to transfer title and I said to Abraham that Matt told me it would be $85!!! Well now Matt says he never said that!! After the water pump went out, we did not give them the $85 check! Well too bad we didn't because now they want $150!! After argument on phone, Abraham says $107.70 for title transfer, not $85, what Matt told me!! So please beware of their fees!!!! Title transfer is NOT $150!!! Scam Artists!!!! read more
