    By far the best dealer experience I've had in some time. Has to be best ranked in the Bay Area / Florida Gulf Coast. Service advisors are top notch - thanks Greg! Diagnosed and repaired problems other dealer could not. Repaired other dealers poor work. Unfortunately have needed to use the body shop as well LOL. Work and service there was also top of class. Will certainly go to for next new car purchase. Finally, the restroom was spotless with mouthwash and hand lotion included. Plenty of FREE snacks and drinks in the customer waiting lounge.

    I've always had great service at Firkins. Yesterday I stopped by and had them add badges to my challenger and they were friendly, quick to do the work, and it was reasonably priced. I have had other work done like oil changes etc and it was always fast and reliable. yes, I bought the car from them and would buy again.

    Jeep Cherokee Summit

    Yesterday, I stopped by Firkins to potentially trade in my Wrangler for a Grand Cherokee Summit. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Kyle Hunter, my salesperson, was exceptional. I had a clear idea of the trim levels and financing goals I wanted to explore, and Kyle and the finance team made it happen! While I do miss my Wrangler a little bit already, I'm in love with my brand new Grand Cherokee Summit. I highly recommend Firkins to anyone seeking a fun and stress-free buying experience. A special thank you to Kyle, Carl, and the entire Firkins team - this was by far the smoothest and stress-free vehicle purchase I've ever made. Y'all are wonderful! Also - I've gone here in the past for some minor service and Jake, my service advisor, was fantastic! There was a slight delay in me getting back on the road as quickly as anticipated due to a mix-up, but Jake was very aware of the timing and addressed the issue promptly. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process and made every effort to keep checking on the status and push for urgency. I'll definitely be returning for my next maintenance appointment and referring everyone who's in the market for a new vehicle. Honestly, the entire Firkins staff is fantastic. I haven't encountered anyone who hasn't been pleasant. Thank you Kyle, Jake, Carl, and the rest of the Firkins family!! Thank you Jake, and the rest of the Firkins fam!

    Stopped in planning to just look at options, and found a great deal on a Jeep Gladiator! I definitely was not expecting to get my dream car already. I was very happy with the price and the low mileage on this barely used Gladiator. The customer service was great, and I plan to come back for any services I need done in the future. I will recommend Bryan to anybody that I know who wants to buy a Jeep. I am very happy!

I was originally quoted one price for the repair, but later I was told the cost went up because I "needed hoses added," with no clear explanation or proof provided for why those parts were necessary. There was no documentation, no visual inspection shown, and no real breakdown to justify the added work--just a verbal claim that it was required. On top of that, the final charge ended up being more than 3x what the same OEM part is listed for at Ford, which raises serious concerns about how the pricing was marked up and presented. The issues didn't stop there. This happened on a Friday. I was told my car would be ready before 4:00 PM, but around 4:30 PM I only received a last-minute text update. I arrived at approximately 5:09 PM, and the shop was already closed. There was no one available, no way to speak to anyone, and no reliable way to get updates or access my vehicle. Because of the timing and the fact that it was already Friday evening, my car would have been stuck there all weekend until Monday, which directly affected my work schedule. I had to go out of my way to find and contact the owner myself just to avoid being left without my vehicle for multiple days. While I did get my car back, the overall experience felt inconsistent, poorly communicated, and not handled in a transparent or professional way

A couple of years ago we purchased a used 2022 Camry from Gettel Toyota, Bradenton, FL, near Bay Shore Gardens. This was our first experience with Gettel. The initial purchase and offerings as explained at that time appeared to be inconsistent with our understanding of services actually offered by Gettel. Specifically, this involved a maintenance and touch up body work policy we purchased at the time of sale. The policy ends at 100,000 miles, or seven years. We have 40,000 mile on the vehicle. We recently sought a meeting for clarification with the General Manager, Rocky Santa Cruz. Mr. Santa Cruz eventually introduced us to EriK Grenesko, the Collision Center Manager. Both Mr. Santa Cruz and Mr. Grenesko were patient listeners, they politely offered clarification where it was needed and they offered sound solutions regarding the Gettel maintenance policy and the incidental touch up for body work. They took the car on a Monday and returned it five days later. We received a vehicle that was immaculately detailed from the pin stripes to the incidental marks that were completely removed. The work was show room quality. The interior was cleaned as well and was certainly outside the scope of the agreement. My wife and I have many years of managerial service in the Services industry. From our experience we want to extend our appreciation for Rocky and Erik's time and their outstanding ability to represent the customers interests and the interests of Gettel in terms of customer satisfaction. You both are a credit to the Gettel organization and the Toyota brand.
