Drove over an hour for an appointment with Cameron to look at a car. He wasn't available nor was the car we had the appointment with ready for us to test drive. Once someone pulled it out for us, the exhaust was completely broken off and the bumper was hanging. Would've been nice to know atleast that before we drove there. Very disappointing. read more

This was one of my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE places that i have ever worked i left due to complications in my pregnancy. Staff is literally like family and wages are truly fair if not literally amazing. My boyfriend ​now works here as a sales representative, and has been able to fully support us on the income he receives from Hanna Cars. The New General manager Bill is an awesome dude who is doing a beautiful job keeping this business running. Their vehicles truly move generating more sales than most big name dealerships and they operate in a way that Is fair and professional. Alright, if you are reading this before you made a decision financing a car then please read this review... This was maybe 6 months ago but I was skeptical on writing this review but at this point people need to know. So, I came in one day with my father to look at a Honda civic they had on the website for a little while. Went on a test drive with a couple cars before that with a Hyundai and some other cars. Ultimately test drove the Honda Civic but it was modified with all these modified exhausts and lowered springs and suspensions ya know all knits and grits of a previous young owner before they sold it. Test drove it and inspected it the best I could with my dad and seemed good to me. Now mind you this is my first car purchase under my name. I dealt with a young guy named Bruno, a nice guy but was not very knowledgeable at all when it comes to cars. I mean most salesman don't know much about cars such as myself but I try to do my own basic maintenance and what not. My credit is good, at the time maybe 740-750ish with some heavy use of my credit usage but they had me at 11% interest rate ??? kind of crazy I had 3k down the car was about 17k I believe but the car ending up being at around 20-21k after all the fees and what not. It did not seem like a good deal now that I think about but I went for it thinking it was. I had the manager Andrew who was a new guy from Pennsylvania he seemed like a good guy professional, tried helping us out. But honestly the workers here will try to bend you over and take advantage of you if you have low credit and other stuff. After we had all the paperwork and process through the bank still had to approve the loan so it was pending but they said I could take the car home while the bank approves it. So happy me took the car home and drove it around with my girlfriend. After about 6 Hours BOOM a bunch of errors and other stuff comes onto my dashboard. INSANE ! I took it back to get it looked at there professional "mechanics" yea right. All they did was unplugged and plugged in the sensors and maybe took off the battery and put it back in. Terrible service. I had my cousin whos a real mechanic look at the car because the errors came back the next day. He had a bunch of codes come on his computers after scanning the car. Took it back and the manager didnt want to return the car after all this trouble with the car that I have. A real "professional" snake. Why would you sell a car like this??? But thank the Lord because they had to take the car back because guess what??? the manager andrew who helped me originally NEVER asked for my PROOF OF INCOME. So those slimes had to take the car back and even after all that they wanted to get another car what a joke! NEVER COME HERE! They ended up firing Andrew because of that. read more

Called today and the people answering the phones refused to let me speak to a salesperson to discuss purchasing a vehicle. I was told their sales model is to not negotiate or speak to customers unless they are ready to pay full list price. I said it sounds like communist Cuba where everyone pays the same and we all know Cuba if a failed country. I was told the owners like it this way. Stay away. Went to Hanna looking for a "no hassle, price is what you see" car for my mom. The salesman, Brian Tredder, was great, and it wasn't until they brought in the manager to close the deal that everything fell apart. At the beginning they walk you through the "Hanna advantage" showing you 5 things that they automatically include. They don't tell you (verbally or in print) that you are mandated to purchase and it adds another $1000 to the cost! Then they add the prep charges, titling service, etcetera, which in total with the above, adds another $3000 to the car cost, above taxes and licensing, to the "no hassle price is what your paying sticker. This place is a rip-off and I had high hope when they opened. Got the same car at Bill Boast VFW for thousands less! read more

. We were looking for a car to use when we came down for the season. The price was $9999.00. By the time all of the dealer fees were added the cost was increased by 40%. This included a $1000 Hanna advantage that included LoJack (don't need that now with the apple button) and cleaning off bugs. Seriously???? Before you buy a car here, do your homework and know the FL dealer costs, registration, title fee etc. we're actually saving close to $2000 by purchasing up north. Horribly disorganized and rude group of people. After driving 4 hours to see this car I was talked down to and lied to about the car's condition. The car was described as excellent condition! BUT, the reality was it had over $4000 in hidden damage to the roof!!! So in the short time this car lot has been in business it's obvious that selling damaged cars as "excellent" condition is there method. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Buyer beware!! Shop elsewhere. Yes, they have a great selection, and yes they seemed to be fairly priced --- that is until you try to purchase one. They will tell you that their price is $3,000 below Kelly Blue Book, but then they will add $3,000 in dealer fees to the price of the car. $3,000 more profit for the dealership!!! Oh boy run dont walk away from this business. My wife bought a Rav4 from them they had 2 available said one was a rental the other wasnt, they ended up both being a rental when we got there. Now after looking at the carfax one of them still ended up being a winner. The big issue was the finance department, They had a guy named Jimmy possibly Jim Turner that full on commited fraud signing my wife up for a 5 year extended warranty that we did not want which was an extra $1000. He also lied about another extended warranty that ended up being complete bogus that claimed you could cancel at any time but when i looked at the paperwork calling the warranty company it said 60 day. We canceled that with confirmation but still nothing is taken off the principle 8 weeks after the confirmation email. We called and got ahold of their "bdc director" angela bailen that claimed jimmy was fired due to commiting fraud on other people and said she was going to get us in contact with a manager "Ralph". Called today another person said angela was fired all calls get blocked. Scum is too lenient of a word for this place and their staff. What I suspect is they just claim people are fired or flat out give fake names to everyone and good luck doing anything over the phone. Currently doing a FTC complaint, DMV complaint to get them gigged, Florida attorney general and gave them a demand letter a month ago so now talking with legal. Edit: The new GM made things right got all our warranties off the loan and they kept the 5 year extended at no cost. Beware of these guys. I dealt with Chuck who is the worst i have ever dealt with trying to buy a car. I dealt with Chuck Barry who pushed me to come see the car in person. I told him the ride was an hr and 15 mins and would be hard. After eventually agreeing to make the drive he assured me the car would be ready to see when i arrived. When i got there i was told to sit in the waiting room. He greeted me 10 mins later saying they were pulling the car up. Then 45 minutes later he came back to tell me the car was actually damaged and they had removed door and i couldnt see. Completely wasted my day obviously knowing it was damaged and trying to fix before i arrived. From then several people from the dealership contacted me and i let all know i was only interested at a price $1399 lower then the listing price. From there Chuck continued texting me asking if i was ready to pick up the car at the listed price with long texts about how im winning paying the price i said no to multiple times. This guy was truly the poster child of a pushy used car salesman listening to nothing the customer is asking. FYI the car is still currently listed on the site as carfax clean.
