I arrived at approximately 5:09 PM, and the shop was already closed. There was no one available, no way to speak to anyone, and no reliable way to get updates or access my vehicle. Because of the timing and the fact that it was already Friday evening, my car would have been stuck there all weekend until Monday, which directly affected my work schedule. I checked the other tires after that and it read 82, supposed to be 32. After that more problems came. They so called fixed it. More problems came they would fix it, it became a routine. Batteries place tested it and said it was OK, maybe it was the starter. I call Roy and make a time to come see him. He has me start the car - twice. Gets a testing device and puts it on the battery (in the floor behind the front passenger seat). Then he puts a charger on it. When it was full he put the fence little tester on it again. It prints out the result: REPLACE BATTERY. Here's the deal - when you need a mechanic to work on your car go to Roy's - tell Roy I sent you and he and his shop will take real good care of you.
