Even after 2 rinse cycles the machine, and my clothes, were full of suds apparently because the owner never cleans out old detergent from past users using too much detergent or the wrong kind. I called the owner and he tried to blame me. There were also 2 machines that still had liquid product just sitting in the dispenser. Don't use this place unless you want your clothes full of other people detergent build up in machine. The owner needs to clean these machines.

Sure enough, i came everything was as it was supposed to be and areas addressed and I couldn't be happier! I've used like 10 other dry cleaners and no one is as good as Power Cleaners! Also, Power Cleaners offers a pickup and delivery service which we use all the time. They deliver/pickup from a large geographic area so even if you live farther away like in Newport Beach, you can still get their service super easy without leaving your home. I've been using Power Cleaners for over 5 years and they've never lost nor damaged anything. Everything is perfect and all of the employees are very nice and helpful.

He was sweet and reassuring and said, "do not worry." It may have sounded like a trite response but it comforted me! Lo and behold not one of my items was damaged: I had a delicate silk dress, wool sweaters and linen shirts. Also there were a few light stains on some clothing that I forgot to point out upon drop off so I checked to see if it came out and it did! Normally I have to point out "trouble spots" so the cleaner's pay attention but not here -they are very thorough. For price context, I dropped off 10 pieces of clothing and my bill was $118.
