We had been living in the area for about half a year, and I was super skeptical about this place. We have tried several other places in the area, but none we were really happy with. It wasn't until my husband decided to give this place a try and persuaded me. The place is exactly what you would imagine a massage parlor in the mall would be like. It's simple, can get a big loud with kids running and screaming outside. However, everything is clean and tidy. They have the usual relaxing music plus the mini waterfall machine or whatever you call it, both going at the same time to help drown out the noise. The star of the show here is of course the massage itself. Every time we have been here, even with different people we have gotten, everyone has been very consistent with their techniques, knows exactly where all the knots and tight spots that need the extra attention are. They specifically focus on them until they feel like the knots have been resolved. Don't be shy to ask them to move on or be a little gentle. Overall, the price is extremely reasonable. We don't care much for anything fancy as long as we feel like the massage helped. They also offer loyalty program where they give you a stamp card for each massage you get. After 6 or 8 (i can't remember exactly) massages, you'll get a free one of the equivalent, even more reasons for us to come back.

Great prices and it was honestly nice having the ladies get on the table and put their back into it! So we cancelled our pismo memberships and decided to stay local. The first couple massages were nice. But lately, something's changed. The last few times I've gone they always seem distracted. Their phones are ringing and they have to leave in the middle of the massage. Multiple times!! Then one of the ladies is yawning the whole time. LOL!! Today a lady was wearing a rain-like jacket and every time she moved it would just rub against the material and it was just super loud. I guess when you go to a place with "relaxation" in its name you figure you could at least do that. Kind of a bummer but not sure if I'll give them another chance. I recently booked a massage with Rainbow after not seeing her for six months or so. When I got to the salon, neither Jason nor Rainbow were there. When I asked why Rainbow was not there, I was told she had to stay home with her children. So, I went to the restroom to change my clothes and directly outside of the restroom sat four Vietnamese people ON THE FLOOR, eating! I should have left then, But, I decided to give this other person a chance. The massage was horrible and the noise was unbearable. I paid anyway and told them I would not be back unless I could have an appointment with Rainbow. The answer again was that Rainbow had to stay home with her children. Then, I find out that Rainbow and Jason opened up another salon in Orcutt, which I found out by mistake when I went to Orcutt for a doctor appointment. I think Rainbow & Jason should have contacted their regular clients to inform them about the move.

I was trying to confirm my appointment and he just kept trying to schedule me for one.
