    Iced black tea with milk

4.5 stars. Delicious! We got combo D with the rolled egg and a sandwich with a tea. We opted for the rolled egg with the Hashbrown based on the staff's recommendation. The sandwich was really delicious. They make their own bread and it's really good.

Decided to try this spot out for breakfast. Their menu is quite extensive and had a lot of options to choose from. My friend and I ended up splitting the Fried Bread Stick & Pork Floss Egg Crepe Roll and a Sausage Rice Ball. We upgraded the Crepe Roll to Combo A so we could try the hash brown and a Black Tea with Soybean Milk. The space is pretty small, but they have a big table and seats along the wall to dine in if you choose to. The drinks came out pretty quickly but the food took longer than expected. To be fair though, there was a big group ahead of us. Atleast the food was fresh when it did finally come out. There was so much flavor and textures packed into both roll and rice ball. It was delicious. The hash brown was crispy but nothing special about it. Kinda reminded me of a McDonald's hash brown. The Black Tea with Soybean Milk was a great pairing with our meal; such a classic Taiwanese breakfast.

I LOVE the sausage rice ball and Taiwanese traditional milk tea. They taste really authentic and delicious! It's fresh

A taste of Taiwan! I had two rice balls and a crepe. Its my first time trying a crepe. It was good but I'm not sure why it's a thing- I'm not Taiwanese. But the rice balls I had on a trip there and it took me back... it was great. I'm so glad they exist! Thank you! Tiny place, was super busy even at 9 AM. Very clean.

As a Taiwanese, of course, I love Taiwanese-style breakfast. Sunny Taiwanese Breakfast does a great job of replicating it. Taiwanese-style egg crepe, sandwiches and the drink. omg, the milk tea tasted exactly like we had drunk since I was little. The rice ball could have been better but is already good enough. I heard their employees in the kitchen speaking in Taiwanese and Mandarin with a Taiwanese accent. This reassured me that the food was pretty authentic. Unfortunately, I can't give it 5 stars. This restaurant had a fatal disadvantage. It had a terrible and very strong oily smell inside. I only stayed like half an hour. I came out with that smell on my whole body! I hate that smell and I have to change my clothes. There are many restaurants from different cultures in Toronto. Some of the dishes have stronger odours but I wouldn't feel the need to change clothes immediately when I left those restaurants. I hope they can improve their ventilation.

I was their first customer of the day on Wednesday. Came right at opening - 7am. Throughout my time there (7-8:30am), customers were flowing in and out. There were only ever 1-2 other people dining in at a time. I chose to dine in and try several items off their menu based on recommendations from other reviewers. For dine in, all the seats are stools. Most are aligned to face the wall or store windows, good for individuals. There's one center table that can fit 6-8 people. For dine-in, you can order your food and pay, then they will serve you where you're seated. They offer free water, located in a giant mason jar dispenser by the entrance and garbage. I ordered several items based on other reviewers' recommendations on Google. Combo D - choice of 1 sandwich + 1 crepe egg roll + 1 drink. I got the ham sandwich, paid extra for the bread stick and pork floss crepe egg roll, then for the drink I got the breakfast milk tea. The ham sandwich was filled with an egg, ham, and a variety of vegetables. It reminded me of the ones I make at home. It was simple and delicious. For the bread stick and pork floss crepe egg roll, I paid extra as it's not part of the combo selection. It tasted really good! I normally don't like pork floss, but I really like theirs. I wish the breakfast milk tea came in a jug size.i would buy that. It didn't give me lactose or caffeine problems. It wasn't too sweet or strong. I additionally ordered the sausage rice roll, which was like a literal rice burrito. The portion was great. Unfortunately, I thought it was too salty and spicy. I couldn't finish it in the end. Before I left, I ordered the honey lemon juice. I was expecting more of a Hong Kong style lemon tea (I don't know why). It was very basic and very strong in the honey flavour. It wasn't worth the price in my opinion. The staff were friendly. Overall, it was a good, enjoyable meal. I would come back.

This is a Taiwanese all-day breakfast restaurant. I think the company is also called Sunny Taiwanese Cuisine. It is a small restaurant with indoor seating enough for about 15 people. We ordered the Scallion Pancake ($5.49). It is usually handheld in a paper bag but because we were taking photos, they put it on a nice plate with some sweet chili sauce on the side. Inside the folded-over pancake was scrambled egg. It tasted good except the pancake was a little tough to bite apart. There is free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There is one gender-neutral washroom, but it isn't wheelchair accessible. There is paid neighbourhood street parking. Review 2023-136

Very authentic Taiwanese breakfast taste. Coming from B.C. , i'd say this place satisfied my taste buds after riding a 5 hour flight. Although the in seat service area is small, overall, the tables were clean, and the egg rolls are priced reasonably with great balanced taste. My sandwich came a bit slow, but the end result makes up for it.

The rice balls are my favourite. I couldn't find a good one in the city after t&t closed on cherry street. These rice balls are delicious and the pickled vegetables in them are spicy too! I love it! I keep going back.

Only reviewing the sandwich and soy milk. Sandwich wasn't anything special and the soy milk was definitely made from powder.

Pierina guided us via phone and even came outside of the restaurant and waved as we approached. That was awesome Customer service as well as kindness. Ambiance was chill inside. Especially liked the artwork and table with their name on it. I had the Nutella latte, Nutella and strawberry waffle, and a side of sausage. Didn't like the sausage at all (tasted a bit gamey) but that's probably because ein the states there are nitrates, etc that make it taste better. No biggie! She switched it out for bacon, and that was fine and appreciated. My sister had the breakfast tacos that looked delicious and she really enjoyed. All in all this was a great pick and I would return when im Canada ever again and I'm in the area. Keep up the great work, Pierina. Her welcoming attitude attentiveness and knowledge of the menu was stellar and warrants recognition. Thank you!!!

Where you order and where you pick up your drink isn't designed to allow for a good flow for customers, aside from that, I have no complaints. I ordered a latte and grabbed two goodies for the road, a raspberry croissant and a ginger molasses cookie. The staff working were welcoming and friendly and my items were ready rather quickly. Once I got back to my hotel, I settled in to enjoy and get some work done. My latte was smooth and creamy and just what I needed to get my day started. My raspberry croissant was beautiful and packed full of flavor. The filling wasn't too sweet and there was just the right amount inside. I saved my cookie for a snack while I traveled home later that day. I love how it had chunks of sugared ginger on top. The cookie had the perfect amount of chew to it and the ginger on top added an extra burst of ginger. It was lovely. I'm so glad I found this cafe on Yelp and I highly suggest you pay them a visit. I'm still dreaming of all the pastries I didn't get to try.

This place looks like a fairly typical breakfast spot, offering a good amount of seating, large menus for both breakfast and Lunch, and of course, a ton of different pancake options! I'm usually not someone who orders temporary menu items or specials, but the second I saw the S'More Toffee Lava Pancakes I almost had a heart attack, so of course, I ordered the stupid pancakes to avoid such an problem. The food didn't take too long to come out, and they looked even better in person than they did in the menu. Maybe I'm just a little over enthusiastic about these pancakes, but I can pretty confidently say these may of been the best pancakes I've ever had. They were big, fluffy, and this plate did not skimp on the toppings at all. Overall, Stacked Pancake & Breakfast has definitely become a go-to spot for me when returning to Toronto. The food here was phenomenal and even though it took us almost 30 minutes for someone to give us a bill and let us pay, the pancakes were too good for me to get hung up on that. If you need some breakfast in the Queen/Spadina area, this is the place to go!
