I visited this laundromat recently and, as a Black customer, I noticed my clothes weren't treated with the same care as others'. While other customers could leave their items for extended periods without any issues, my belongings seemed to be overlooked by the staff. I urge fellow Black customers to keep an eye on their items and hope the management addresses this inconsistency so everyone receives equal care. I set my timer for 25 minutes but returned a little late and found that a man had accidentally run into my car on his electric bike--his bike had died, and he looked disoriented, so I helped him get safely to the sidewalk and walk home. When I came back, my clothes were piled on top of a basket, and despite explaining the situation, the staff ignored my concerns. One staff member even went to the back of her cubby, began eating, and when I asked for her name and a manager's contact, she refused to provide any information. As I was leaving, a gentleman asked what had happened, and I explained that my clothes had been taken out. He mentioned that his own clothes were missing too and that the staff wasn't helping him; he even called the number on the door, only to be told nothing could be done. He was also Black in his work uniform. After being a loyal customer for 10 years, I've never experienced such treatment--I will never return and won't recommend this laundromat to anyone in my community. read more

I would recommend this facility. Most machines work well, 7 dryers weren't working. Staff on premises. Rosa the attendant was very helpful on how to work the card machine and how to set the washer and dryer. A man had used the bathroom and left it unclean and Rosa went in immediately to get the facilities cleaned. The "3 load" washer is about the size of a regular washer and costs $3.50 per cycle. Large dryer is 25cents per 5 minutes. read more

I spend over $100 per week in this place and after today I will NEVER GO BACK I was attacked by a homeless person for asking him to stop walking back and forth near my teenage daughter and myself since he kept bumping us . He started screaming and yelling calling me names and scared my child ! The attendant who was there (a redhead older woman) came and told me he could be there and that I needed to not cause problems. I asked him quietly to stop walking and bumping my teenage daughter! He threatened me and made me very uncomfortable and she made it worse! I'll take my $100 plus dollar business to another Laundromat next week and will never return! I had told the other apartment residents in my building to come here as well but today I told them not to! If you want the homeless to harass and threaten you go here but I would NEVER spend my money here again . read more

This has been my go-to laundry mat. The prices are pretty good and every time I go there is an older women always cleaning the place. I haven't had any problems with washing or drying so far while coming here. read more

The only good thing about this place is the hours, they open early and close later HOWEVER , this place is always a mess and people are always hogging the carts so you can't move your stuff. There were no places to sit & I was told to get off the washing machine , this would not have been a problem if another women who was Hispanic wasn't sitting on another washer and the Hispanic employee didn't say anything to her . I felt extremely discriminated as a black woman. read more

Every time I did my laundry here, my girlfriend complained that the clothes did not smell clean. I realized the the machines were not washing or drying properly. Today, I dried my clothes on HIGH for 45 minutes and they were still very wet. I called the owner over to show her. She blamed me for putting the setting on low and claimed that all of her machines worked perfectly. She made a big show and said nobody had ever complained but offered to add 15 more minutes. After 15 minutes on HIGH AGAIN, the clothes were still wet. When I called the owner over again to feel the wet clothes, she still swore there was nothing wrong with her machines. As she said there was nothing wrong, she offered to more minutes in another machine. But by this time, I had spent over an hour waiting for wet clothes, and with the owner denying that there was anything wrong with a commercial dryer set on high for an hour producing wet clothes, I waked out. I think it's sad that someone would compromise their integrity for a couple of quarters. I do not recommend this place. read more

People were left standing with clean wet clothes waiting for dryers. Most of the wet cloths were being held in the laundry carts only making this trip more difficult. Not usually this bad of an experience using this site. read more

We go here once a month and have never had any problems. It is fully staffed and the ladies really keep it clean. Machines use reloadable cards which I love because I don't have to carry any cash with me. It does get busy around the first of the month and weekends so I just go mid week. read more

After searching around for awhile for the right place to do my laundry since my dryer died on me. I started going to Sunnymead Laundry for the past couple of months. Overall a great place. No wierdos. lol Not a crazy amount of kids climbing in and out of dryers. It's clean and conveniently located next to Big Lots in case I run out of laundry detergent. The Staff are usually present and help me out whenever I need it. They use cards which help out since I never like carrying cash on me, and if I'm done doing laundry I don't have a bunch of quarters and I can keep reusing it. Only downer I have is I had to pay a quarter to use the restroom. and I didn't have any quarters.... since the machines take pre-paid dollar cards. haha not that much of a biggie. read more

The place is clean and the lady who works there was really nice. I love the fact that you preload a card for the machines.

So for the people who don't have the luxury of having washers and dryers located in their homes or complexes, laundromats are hard to find and when you actually do find them they aren't clean. Sunnymead Laundry is a great place to go. It is fully staffed and the staff is very helpful when asked. Its amazing because even when it is pretty full, the place is clean. The staff will sweep and mop the place quite often. The machines are not caked with detergent or slime like most other places. And while you get your clothes washed, you can hop on over to the Goodwill store or Big Lots next door. One thing to absolutely do before going though...BRING CASH not coins. This is the best laundromat I have ever been too, and I used to live in Yorba Linda! The place is clean, cool, and affordable! It was so refreshing to have an air conditioned laundromat. And I do mean air conditioned!!! The staff is so helpful as well. They are constantly monitoring and cleaning the facility. They monitor that people do not wash disgusting items in their machines. They have a huge selection of washer sizes to choose from. I am so happy I came across this place. I will be using it exclusively!! read more

The regular washing machines don't drain all the way on the rinse cycle. It only drains half way then fills up...so your clothes go through a rinse cycle with half dirty water and half clean water. The front load washers are great, but sucks when I only have one load to wash. read more

This is a nice place to do laundry. Prices are affordable, the ladies that work here are constantly sweeping and cleaning the machines. They're very helpful. The card system is convenient and they give you change for your bills. It does get very busy on weekends which is why I avoid it at all costs. read more

This is A very clean laundromat. They have three or four sizes of washers and big dryers and there's a lady in here who cleans all the time and she will give you change if you need it. I come here whenever I need to do big loads. read more

Being a client and washing clothes here and wasted almost 20$ and they charge you 25 cents to use the restroom!! Really???

4 stars because its more expensive than the speed wash I go to in Corona, but I live down the street so well worth it. it's really clean and these flat screens you can hear. Not crowded at all. All the machines work and its 25 cents a dry for 8 mins:) read more

This place is nice and clean the only thing I hate is that the dryers do not heat up as much so it take a while to dry my clothes. Staff is nice if anything is wrong with the machines they will give u your money back on the card. read more
