I come here every week and this is my favorite laundromat in Moval! Everyone is just there to wash and period of course there's people that leave there clothes unattended like all the other reviews say it's common sense if you are not there and the washers/dryers are needed you're clothes will be taken out LOL I never had a bad experience not once! Outstanding. Seriously their drop off service is a lifesaver! I dropped my clothes off a bit after 9am. I figured I wouldn't get same day since I was late to drop off but they over delivered! I received the call about 2 PM that my clothes were done :) I brought in 57lbs of laundry. That was 4 standard kitchen garbage bags full. I had nothing sorted, it was all just tossed together. I brought as many hangers as I could find in a separate bin. My laundry is now neatly folded and hung. It smells great. Customer service was excellent. I would give 5 million stars if I could. Please don't be skeptical to try. If you hate laundry like I do, seriously choose to do this. The price is so incredibly reasonable. I'm attaching photos so you can see the finished work. read more

My new favorite place! I was a bit skeptical about leaving my clothes but I'm so glad I did! I had to move out of my apartment on short notice and had dirty clothes that I did not have time to wash before moving. And with all the things I had to take care of, I could not spend all day washing, and folding. I took my clothes in kind of late in the day and they still had them ready same day. I don't think that's always a guarantee but I appreciate thay they made that happen. From the moment I called to get the info on the drop off service I received excellent customer service. When I arrived I was taken care of immediately. My favorite part was when I arrived and blown away at the cleanliness and organization of my clean clothes. I didn't know what to expect but I am definitely impressed and will be returning. I'm so glad all I had to do was get to my spot and put them away in their proper place. Thank you guys once again! Place was great, zero criticism. Everything- machines, tables, counters, floors, etc.- was clean, friendly attendant realized I needed help with the card purchase kiosk and then offered to show me how to use the machines, and I thought the prices to wash were totally reasonable (brought my own detergent, took items home to dry). I decided that I wanted to try their wash and fold service and was even excited to give this service a go. I stopped in to get all of the information before proceeding and the woman (I didn't catch her name) was super nice and helpful. I didn't bring a basket to weigh my clothes so she provided a laundry bag which was really kind of her. After weighing my laundry I decided to move forward with the whole thing and showed her the Yelp Check In coupon for 25% off. She said she hadn't seen the coupon and needed to ask her manager. Sure, no problem. But then the manager responds with saying that this coupon must be for the Riverside location. I showed her that the coupon was for THIS Moreno Valley business to which she replied I would need to bring in a psychical coupon. How do I bring in a digital coupon that's for a digital app? She told me I was welcome to speak with the manager over the phone but I was on my way to work so I took my clothes and left. 2 stars instead of 1 because the woman that initially helped me out was super nice and gave me great customer service. Plus, I think it's pretty cool that they even offer this service when a lot of laundromats don't. But, I think the manager should be up to date of the coupons on their businesses Yelp page and also how these coupons work. read more

I went to do my laundry like I normally did. When my clothes was done washing, the laundromat attendant took it upon herself to take my clothes out. It was completely unnecessary because all the big washers were open. Well because she took all my laundry out and put it in the cart, I had $100 worth of clothes stolen. They're not responsible of course, but she took out my clothes for no reason and now I'm out clothes. read more

This business has to work on their customer services skills because they are very rude. My brother and dad shouldn't have to deal with their unprofessional behavior when They are trying to wash our clothes and get out of there. The lady always takes the clothes out of the machine ( the lady in the mornings) and complains that they left it unattended when it's not true. Also, she has favoritism towards some customers which I think is very rude because my brother and dad are always there early in the morning to wash our clothes and she rushes them to give the machines to her favorite customers. Clean place. Friendly enough. We took sheets in to get cleaned and they were truly unbelievably smelly upon pickup. We have friends that do their own laundry there and like it, but we will never be back. Our sheets stink! We think they use the cheapest detergent and fabric softener out there. Great service! Called right before closing and was helped by Russell. I was worried that I would be too late to start my laundry and he assured me I would be there in time. This is my first time since the laundromat ownership changed. There's new paint and new machines. They also has WiFi which helps me because I am a student. Highly recommend this place! And not sure how it got rated 4 dollar signs but it is absolutely cheaper than other places in the area. read more
