The best care for your cleaning! Been coming here for a few years now and I am so pleased.

I brought my bridesmaid dress here to be steamed before an upcoming wedding this weekend. When I dropped it off, the dress was in excellent condition with no snags, pulled threads, or stains. When I picked it up, I discovered five separate snags on the fabric that were not there before. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated, especially considering this was an important dress for a special occasion. I trusted this business to handle my garment with care, and unfortunately, it was returned to me damaged. While steaming itself was only $20, the cost is insignificant compared to the damage done to my dress. I would have appreciated honesty, accountability, or at the very least being informed if something happened while it was in their care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dry cleaner. I hope they take greater care with customers' garments in the future so others don't have a similar experience. read more

Came in with my dress and shoes to see if I could get a quote on alterations for the length and I was told I could leave the dress and they could alter but they had no one to give me a quote. I can't imagine anybody would just leave their items to get altered without getting a price first seems ridiculous. It's more likely they don't want the business. read more

The craziest part about being a newcomer, a student at UCR at such a facility is how they treated my clothes. I bring one pair of white pants I fell in grass while skating. The lady at front gives me a hard time and says she will speak a man if they can work on such pant, then asking if it's new?? Clearly lol so I come back Friday 5pm... as the receipt said. I'm asked to pay first and when I get my pants the embroiders is flattened out.THEY COMPLETELY FUCKED UP MY PANTS. THESE REVIEWS ARE FAKE THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CLOTHES IF THEY SEE YOU ARE A VENERABLE PERSON. THEY HAD ONE JOB AND THEY STEAL MONEY FROM A KID WHO JUST GOT ONE PAIR OF PANTS DIRTY. They charged me 9.90 for a spot wash that didn't even get it removed , AND THEY FUCKED UP THE MOST EXPENSIVE PART OF THE PANTS. You can't look at the before and after and say they didn't purposely ruin my pants lol. Clearly they only care about taking your money first , and damaging your product second. read more

Not greatest customer service. I would suggest you call ahead of time before picking up, just to make sure it is ready.

This business has been there for over 40 years always very good quality. The service is excellent friendly people.

I came in to get a skirt ironed. I was worried that since my skirt's material is very thin it might not withstand the heat. The lady at the front was extremely rude and instead of explaining that she is confident about how to deal with the material she just threw the dress back at me. This was the first and last time I will go here. They gave my husband's suit to another customer, assuming it was someone else's suit because "he brings in a suit to be cleaned every other week". I am lucky I was literally behind the other customer that received my husband's suit or who knows what would have happened? I don't recommend them. read more

I wanted to love this place because it's so close to home and in the cutest shopping center but I was highly disappointed. I dropped off a dress for my daughter's first birthday and told them it had to be done by Friday (a week later), only minor repairs were needed. I came back on Friday and they charged me $41 for a teeny 12 month old's dress that would be $20 literally anywhere else but I was willing to pay. I take the dress out and the dress was still completely torn and not repaired. She apologized and was nice and asked me to come back later to pick up. I come back a few days later because who has time to drive back and forth to the same place twice in one day, not me. Anyways I go back on the following Monday and some rude lady was working, not the original nice lady, and was like "oh the one who didn't pick up the dress" um first off I did come, you guys didn't make the repairs so I couldn't take it and had to come back. Then she is like "it's $41." I was like oh wow, not even a few dollars off for you guys completely dropping the ball, me not getting it on time, and having to drive back okay.. and she was like nope (insert her eyeroll). *gasp* By far worst service, terrible time management and overpriced. Lesson learned. I hope this review can save someone else the trouble and money. read more

I've been a customer for over 4 years I take my clothes all the time. They are under New ownership and I regrettably took my Stetson Hat to get cleaned and they destroyed it. Owner makes no effort to solve issue or contact me after my repeated visits and explanation that they are responsible for the damage to my property which is in excess of $450 dollars. I will no longer be using Canyon Crest as my choice for dry cleaning as they have no integrity or respect for their customers. I will be filing a claim against them for damaging my property. I will note I contacted both Stetson and a professional hat repair shop which both stated the hat is in too poor of shape to fix and it could only be replaced. read more

I brought my clothes here because of the reviews... out of the 11 items I took in, 3 items had little holes or rips that were not previously there. 2 of my sweaters and a black dress. First and foremost if these holes were there previously I would not spend the money to dry clean - I don't wear clothes with holes in them. I've done dry cleaning here for a long time. The people at the counter are friendly and service is pretty quick, usually 2-3 days most of the time. I recently had a formal dress hemmed. I tried on the dress and sat down, waiting for the seamstress. After an hour, she hadn't yet returned from lunch, and no one could get ahold of her. I returned the next day and, again, tried on the dress. Again, I had to wait for the seamstress. After about 10 minutes, she came up and put one safety pin in, and said that was all she needed. It took a day like her than promised, but it was done well. read more

I was in town for a few hours to make funeral arrangements for my mother-in-law. I desperately needed her dress ironed, as the mortuary would not do so. I walked in, explained my situation, and they ironed it for me within an hour and didn't charge me a ton, either. I'm so grateful that they made a sad situation just a little easier. For a 3 piece suit and a dress they were able to complete the job in 3 days and at an affordable price. 35 bucks. Less than 10 bucks per item. Very satisfying and in a nice area. Located in a shopping plaza. Plenty of parking and lots of stores there to knock out multiple errands. read more

I don't usually leave poor reviews, but after discovering damages to multiple articles of clothing over the course of several months, I feel it is important to note my experience. One silk garment was ironed at high heat, leaving permanent blemishes and marks at the neck line. I don't know why, but they pin shorts and skirts on to the hanger with large safety pins, leaving visible holes in them. A logo on my jacket came back partially chipped off. As someone who takes care of her clothes, I will not be returning. read more

I have been coming to this cleaners for at least 5 years and I will continue to make the drive out here. I moved homes recently and although there is other dry cleaners near my home, I trust this one. My clothes always look great and this time I was like 2 weeks late to pick up my stuff and I didn't get charged any extra fees and they were very understanding! I highly recommend this spot. It's convenient because it's near the grocery store and the bank and I can get multiple things done when I pick up the dry cleaning. It has plenty of parking because it's in a shopping mall and they have tailoring services too! read more

Took my husbands jeans and dress slacks in to be hemmed and completely turned into a different style of dress slacks. They did an amazing job, he wanted the bottoms to go from wide legged to a tapered slim fit and they nailed it! You can't even tell the pants were adjusted. Super friendly service every time as well. Friendly staff that does good work but price is typically higher than most. I think it's $5 for a dress shirt (men's) which is about $2 higher than what I normally pay. If I don't have time to go downtown, I'll take stuff here. Mrs. Lee does a fine job with tailoring but I do think the prices are well above normal. They have been my go to as it is closer to my home. However, they do not treat white items well and I have had two very expensive designer pieces come back with rust stains. Also, because they read me as female-gendered they refused to mark my items as men's shirts (which are cheaper) and would not change the price no matter my protest. $$$ is right. Brought my dress in for an alteration, but I decided not to go through with it. First lady didn't know what I meant by a maxi dress. Second lady didn't exactly speak in a nice tone. I decided to let it slide, because I was like maybe I'm misinterpreting this. Maybe I was. But keep reading. I went to try on my dress and the guy said I needed to come back in with my shoes. Okay, understandable. Not only did he make me feel uncomfortable, when I asked how much it would cost for the alterations, he said $30. WAY too expensive. I only came here because it was nearby. But back where I really live, it would cost $7... $10 at most! My dress, itself was cheaper than $30! Will I be returning? No thank you. read more

My first time using the dry cleaners, but I thrifted a coat that needed a good cleaning. Turns out it's made of real rabbit fur (RIP), so it cost me $44. The people who helped me were pleasant and complied with my request to notify me of the price before sending it out to their animal fur cleaners, which I appreciated. Wonderful! The shirts I brought we clean and fresh as expected. They weren't able to get the stain completely out of my sweater, but it's a lot less noticeable. The reason I'm writing a review is because they did a magnificent job of repairing several torn seams in the lining of my favorite coat! Before I'd brought it in, there were 3 larger holes where the seam had split. Now, you would never know! It is like magic! They even got the discoloration out. It's now my favorite coat again, and I am beyond happy. : ) read more

It took over a week for my clothes to be ready and when I picked it up the total was more than what I was originally quoted for... when I asked her why her response was "it's canyon crest" with an attitude! I asked then to dry clean 3 sets of suits and hem one of the pants. Somehow they hemmed the WRONG pants and mixed all the suit pieces together so I had to reorganize it myself and walk around with pants that were way too short for me. AND these were unnecessarily EXPENSIVE. $90 for 3 sets of suits might not seem bad but the quality was NOT WORTH IT. Never coming here again. read more

Not knowing the area to well, I didn't know any good dry cleaners. I was recommended this place by a friend who said they do great service and pay attention to detail. Well they weren't wrong. I took a blazer, white button down and chino pants to get cleaned on Tuesday. I asked I could have it done by Thursday and they did. They left my clothes feeling better than new. The price was reasonable for the amazing work they did. Definitely recommend and going back soon. read more
