"DO NOT GO HERE NOT SAFE" washer and dryers are infested with bugs. I visited this location on January 4, 2025 did one big load in their commercial washer which was about six loads and split that and have used two dryers to dry my clothes when I was done every single item that I had Had bugs all over the clothes. I bagged my items up and called the number that was on the door that said if there was an emergency, please call I spoke to the owner and he told me that he was very sorry that they have a lot of homeless people that come there and that he would like for me to go find a dry cleaners that will dry clean all my clothes and he would pay for it and he will also try to find one 3 1/2 hours later he calls me to tell me that he cannot find a Dry Cleaners that is willing to do it. I told him that I had the same problem that everybody that I have asked and shown the clothes to said there's no way so he told me to bring the clothes back down to his location at 6 PM and meet with his worker and she will wash all my clothes. Make sure that they're clean and have them ready for me by 8 PM which I was very nervous about considering the reason my clothes have bugs is because I washed them there now I'm taking them back, but I was willing to give him a chance I showed up at my location at 6:31 PM. I did reach out to him at 5:50 PM letting him know that I was running a little late because of traffic, he never responded when I arrived at the location. There was no worker there to help me wash my clothes and nobody no anything about why I was there. I reached out to him and sat in the parking lot and waited for almost an hour and a half for absolutely no response then on January 5 I reached out to him again asking him. What would he like me to do all my clothes that I own are infested because of their dirty washer and dryer. and I just wanna get them clean and safe and he has yet to reach out my car now has the bugs because I had to put my clothes in the car so because of this I now have to buy all brand new clothes and get my car professionally cleaned and steam cleaned and hope that that takes care of the problem and he is still yet to reach out. I came here to wash my dogs pillows & blankets. The place in GT is always during and running water everywhere! I came here from a referral and so glad I did! The place is extremely clean and have person there all day long cleaning, answering questions and wiping things down. She was amazing and forget her name! The place has different styles and I can fit my huge comforter because it's too big for my home washer! They have "Big Bertha" which is a industrial type washer to a average household ones. The dryers work, restrooms are clean and they put up with rift raft or nasty homeless people who are hanging out for change! Everything works and decent prices from the vending machines, etc. The only down fall is parking. Parking is shared with other businesses in the tri-center. I learned to go on non peak (busy) hours. Lost Sock can suck it! Both locations. How hard is it to find a clean, safe and up to date laundromat? Very hard until now. On our first venture the manager came out and helped us carry in our baskets and pointed out all the different machines' capacities and costs. The equipment is new and features a lime green accent that sees continuity throughout the clean interior. We found that the machines are fast and efficient and clean thoroughly barring overstuffing them. I found the huge dryers to also be fast and efficient and appreciated that they run the AC and have lots of lights and cameras. There's also a big screen TV and comfortable stools and chairs to occupy between loads. Another modern touch are the banks of USB portals to charge phones and tablets. While free Wi-Fi is offered I usually stay off public services. My pictures tell the visual story, we did three very large baskets full, including two comforters, for about $15 in quarters. The front-loading machines are the way to go if you value your wardrobe expenses. read more

It is clean in here and the washers are nice.....but there are on 4 regular washers that sit in the back along the wall. The other washers are all HD, and cost $4 and $6. I used the $4 washers, since I had 2 loads, and would end up paying $4 to wash anyway. Theres a flat screen TV here to watch, the have folding tables that have stools at all of them, so you can sit and wait, or sit and fold. The vending machine with laundry needs in them, is a cute little twist. I may or may not come back, I havent really decided yet. I opted on trying it out, because it had been closed for so long, and I use to frequent this place, before it closed and re-opened. read more

This place is pretty cool! The machines are new and updated so you don't have to worry about miscounted coins, out of order machines, or your clothes coming out weird. It's very clean. They give each folding station a stool so that you can sit down while folding your clothes. You can pay using a debit card or coins. And the staff is nice! I gave this place 4 stars because security is not regulated. Homeless people come in and may harass you if you are alone or if there aren't a lot of people. It happened to me. So if you're a woman you may want to come if it is super busy or if someone is with you. read more

I've been coming here for 3plus years to use the 8-loader to wash quilts. Noticed today ALL machines, all sizes wash ONLY in cold water no matter what temp we choose. I'll have to think twice about washing linens, bed things here because I wash towels, sheets etc in HOT water.I used 2 8 loaders, 1 6 loader and 1 4 loader. All cold regardless of HOT chosen The dryers still allow choices in temp. Truly bummed there's NO HOT WATER when washing. read more

Floors are clean, countertops are clean, and even the ceilings are clean. Their washing machines and drying machines are clean, so the last person's laundry smell doesn't cling onto my clothes. The drying machines do the work in almost half the time at any of the local coin laundry mats and at half the cost. Everytime we come here, there are homeless people either high off their minds or coming down off of drugs, hallucinating, stinking up the place, talking to themselves, laying on the floor, panhandling outside, or literally any other thing that can make customers feel uncomfortable. This place is very clean and comfortable. To wash a normal load is 2.50 plus .25 for 4 minutes to dry . The dryers fit about 2 loads into them as well. The attendant was very nice and helpful. Not a bad spot to do some laundry. The place is clean and the washers are very speedy. 6 load is $6.75 and the 8 load is $7.75 for around 25 minutes. The dryers are 25 cents for 6 minutes. My 5th time coming never had a problem until now. Machine was not giving water and had to call the number they have on the wall for "Emergencies " and took them forever to answer. A lady finally showed up and couldn't open the door. I had to wait more than a hour to take more my clothes out and put it in a different washer. Lack of customer service. read more

Let me start off by saying I don't ever go to public laundromats because they always look filthy. I tried the place in my apartments and they did NOT wash my clothes properly. Anyways. This is a super clean laundromat. A little pricey for the washers, but that's to be expected for QUALITY. The dryers here ARE FAST AND DRY QUICKLY. I was washing my hands, but there weren't any paper towels. A beautiful, kind, young lady noticed me struggling lol. She was an employee and brought one out right away without me asking her.
